EJB Electrical & Smart home solutions

Excellent job, really professional and a nice guy

Eddie from EJB was recommended to me as a local based quality electrician, from the initial comms via Whatapp explaining the issue I had with the DB tripping through to completing the works less than 48 hours later the service was 1st class, polite, honest, very tidy and turned up when he said he would, I would throughly recommend this professional tradesman, thank you 🙏

I would absolutely recommend EJB Electrical. Eddie fitted my new kitchen light and outside porch light, and they look great.

Very professional and friendly - would not hesitate to recommend

Fantastic service! Went over and above expectations. Thanks Eddie.

Ed has done a few bits for us, from lighting in the garden cabin, to adding new sockets in the house. Very friendly and professional, highly recommended and will call on you again I am sure!

Eddie provided excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, fitted our new outside light quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving - he even supplied two complimentary lightbulbs as I forgot to buy some. The installation was neat and tidy and he took time in explaining the lights functions. Eddie was polite, friendly, reasonably price and wasnt afraid of my loud noisy dog. Very pleased with the quality and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Always fantastic service. Quick to reply and efficient.Very reliable and always on hand to give advice. Would highly recommend.

Eddie sorted out cabling and WiFi for the garden and outside office - explained what might work, gave us options and then kept to the plan and the estimate. He came when he said he would and finished it all in one day. Really happy with the work. Thanks Eddie.

Highly recommend EJB. Problems late last night, sent an e mail that was acknowledged last night. Eddie texted me at about 7.30 am got here and sorted it all out at about 11am. A great service look no further.

So pleased with Eddies work, professional, honest and friendly, will definitely use again.

I have used Eddy a few years back for EICRs on my 2 rental properties. They were both due for renewal recently and he organised it with my tenants as I'm based in the north both at a very reasonable price. He's also just done an EICR for my parents house in London as I get it ready for a sale and again it was done quickly and reasonably. Happy to recommend him for work in and around Harlow and North London.

Eddie came round to look at replacing two useless PIR floodlights for the drive and a porch light. He gave us a quote which we accepted and he came round to install all three lights before he was meant to turn up and finished the install in under an hour!! First time of using Eddie and EJB and would recommend them thoroughly. Local, friendly, prompt and professional. One very happy customer!!!!

Excellent service. So helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone and would definitely call on him if required in the future.

If you need an electrician, then get an electrician however, if you need an honest, reliable and respectful electrician, you need to give this guy a call. A very likeable man who remained polite, positive and professional at all times. Extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step in terms I could easily understand. I unhesitatingly recommend Eddie to anyone who needs a top electrician who is a very nice man who will not rip you off. Outstanding customer service delivered with old fashioned values and a smile!

Eddie was great we called him when all our appliances stopped working suddenly on Sunday and he talked us through calmly what to do - and wouldn’t take any payment. Would highly recommend.

Eddie went above and beyond to fault find and then found the issue which is far more serious than he can resolve as it’s a water ingress from outside. He isolated and ran a temp supply to allow to power sockets. Please note Eddie went under the floor in a void which was very small to achieve this. Am so pleased and if I could use on the insurance claim he would more thank top of the list, am honing to arrange him to do extra work in the house once this initial issue is solved.

Eddie arrived promptly, clean worker and provided useful advice. Reasonably priced and shall be using again in the near future.

Eddie was a really nice guy who did a small job with the minimum of fuss and explained everything in simple terms.Highly recommend.

Eddie fitted 2 new ceiling lights for us , quick efficient and a nice man to boot. Will be using him again and also recommend him to family and friends.

Very happy with the work carried out by Eddie, in replacing my bathroom light. Very quick reliable service, and would highly recommend, to my friends and family.

Great service, came out on Sunday, very helpful and sorted problem very quickly. Thanks Eddie

Thank you Eddie, quick efficient and tidy. Will definitely use again and soon. Highly recommend .

Eddie was quick to turn around the quote and was able to complete the job on a day that suited us. Job started and completed on time. Took the time to do a couple of extra fixes on our system and explained what he was doing. Top work!

Eddie put a number of additional sockets in my living room. He did a great job & considering chasing out can be a very messy job, the dust and mess was minimal. Very professional. Would certainly use him again and recommend to friends.

Eddie and his team completed a full rewire on our house. His experience and ability to complete the project was very clear to see from day 1. The project completed on time and on budget, Eddie was very respectful and left the house very clean and tidy after getting through a huge amount of work. Communicated well throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to use EJB again!

Highly recommended and very professional in all aspects of his work. All work carried out and completed to our satisfaction. Will always use Eddie and fully recommend to everyone

I called Eddie on Friday afternoon having been let down by another electrician that morning. I explained the circumstances leading to my total loss of power and Eddie had basically diagnosed the problem before he got here, explained it to me in layman’s terms and set to work. A solid couple of hours work later and everything sprung back into life, and despite expecting the worst I was charged a very reasonable fee for his expertise. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for your excellent work 👍🏼

Would highly recommend EJB Electrical , came and evaluated the job explaining exactly what was needed and why , arrived promptly on the day of install , completed the install of 2 new power supplies to the kitchen and a new rcbo board . Shared what he was doing all through the job and left clean and tidy . Thank you Ed .

Late afternoon our fire alarm (connected to electric supply) started beeping - indicating the battery needed replacing. Both of us are pensioners and unable to change the ceiling alarm. Rang EJB asking for urgent help as we knew the beeping would keep us awake all night! They came within the hour, changed the battery and gave us information about a better system now available. Cannot thank EJB enough and looking forward to a quote for new alarms. Really top rate service.

Eddie did a quick and efficient repair of faulty light switches in my lounge and bathroom. He was on time, friendly (my dog loved him) and I will definitely use Eddie again for any other electrical problems.

Within a couple months, one of the plug sockets Eddie fitted stopped working. Eddie had recommended we use this specific brand of socket, so we took his advice and purchased them ourselves. However, Eddie told me he would only come back to fix this socket for an extra cost. Unfortunately, it seems that once you pay, any customer aftercare goes out the window. Update: I think EJB electrical offers very poor customer after care and is solely driven by profit. Instead of coming to fix one socket that broke immediately after it was fitted and reaching out to your customer, who lives within walking distance, it appears Eddie has instead chosen to demean me online and tried to discredit my review. In my opinion, that says a lot about how EJB Electrical treats people who pay good money for home improvement services. Let’s let future customers judge for themselves.

Excellent job, very pleased!

Added an extra plug socket in a room. Eddie was great and knows his stuff. Gave us great advise for future work and things to consider. Will be hiring Eddie again for any future work.

Amazing work quick efficient and a good conversationalist, my own light fitting gone wrong told about the issue and my input on what I did wrong and was more than happy to help and got the problem fixed quickly and even told me info about his work on what he did for the new light fixture 10/10 cannot recommend enough for any electrical fittings or concerns !

Eddie came out the same day to check why a unit was tripping the circuit. By using specialist equipment he was able to show the unit motor was faulty.
