Mark was brilliant in sorting an emergency fuse box issue identified when I was having an EV charger installed. I contacted him in the morning and described the issue and within a few hours, he was round fixing and replacing the fuse issue. He was very efficient and accommodating and the service was top notch. Small job to large job, Mark and Logan were amazing replacing consumer unit, then sorting out the complete mess of the electrics left from the previous occupants. How anyone can get their heads round the mess and come out with a confidently safe electrics and ultimately peace of mind. Work was of super high standard and when completed they throughly cleaned all the mess. Polite, thoughtful and totally professional for the 3 and a half days needed to complete all the work.

We had an undiagnosed problem with our boiler which we thought may have come from a faulty secondary RCD switch, we called MTS to assess this and it proved to be correct so Mark the engineer isolated the system and changed the item and it has worked correctly since and cannot thank Mark and MTS enough for their promptness in fixing this annoying problem.

MTS came out at short notice to sort out a problem with a couple of our kitchen electrical sockets which weren’t working. The electrician was very friendly, professional and helpful, and gave us some great advice with regard to what may have caused the issue. He was also very informative and talked us through what he was doing at each step of the job. Highly recommended.

MTS moved and replaced sockets in my kitchen, alongside replacing out of date light fittings. Excellent and professional service. I would 100% recommend this company if you are looking for a professional reliable electrician.

MTS came out at short notice and installed a new consumer unit. Electrician was very friendly and helpful and also alerted us to a dangerous connection to our supply, which UK Power Networks came out to fix the following day. So maybe saved us from being electrocuted!! Recommended.

Excellent service from the guys at MTS. Informative and help you understand what work is required and why, and make sure the job is being done how you want/need it. Added bonus, they also make sure to leave your home in the tidiest condition that is reasonably possible when they are done.

Contracted for minor electrical work, fair price, arrived when they said they would and completed the job as per quotation.

Gentlemen came out on short notice to fix downstairs lights which were tripping. Very efficient and ultimately got the job done. Would recommend to anyone going forward.

Definitely 5 stars for MTS, my initial contact with Mark was very pleasing, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He understood what I required and he gave me confidence in his ability to complete my work. He kept in contact and was very accommodating when I wanted to change my mind on a few aspects of the job. Callum turned up on time, and got straight to work, again he was friendly and knew his stuff, much to my surprise he completed the work in a day and cleaned up after himself. Although we did initially have to wait a long time to get an appointment with them, once they were here their engineer was brilliant. Our job looked straightforward on paper but turned out not to be. This didn't faze the engineer at all. He was friendly, very thorough and helpful, and he explained what the issue was. Very impressed with his work and attitude, and we will use MTS again.

Used MTS on a few of my houses and found them to be reasonably priced but more importantly very good with communication and time keeping. Very Pleased and will certainly use again.

Although we kept out of the electrical teams way for the majority of the working days we could see that there was a conscientious and solid manner in the way they approached the total rewire of this council-owned property.

Overall, the work was well priced and communication was good. the the plug socket fascias put in did not all match (two USB sockets are slightly curved and the other is more square) - Not a massive deal as one of them will be under a desk out of sight. Upon raising this, MTS have since come out and swapped the fascia with a matching one for free which is much appreciated. They all work well. Did a really good job tidying up some other wires that were a complete mess in our new study - previous owners of house took lots of shortcuts I believe. Slight issue that we didn’t realise until couple of weeks later - there appeared to be a loose wire in the fusebox that goes with the sockets. we only recently tried turning things on as we haven’t been using the room and it was shorting other sockets around the house. Luckily, my mate who is a qualified electrician happend to be in the area, we mentioned the issue and he was able to fix it for us in 15 minutes. I’m not entirely sure it was the electricians fault as they did test some devices during installation. I can only assume that the wire came loose at a later point. MTS called to provide support immediately and clearly work hard to please customers and maintain a good reputation. Would recommend.

Installation of an oven as hughes refused Installation due to health and safety! I dealt with ollie he was brilliant with communicating when this could be done and letting me know there was additional work required above the quote before they went ahead this company couldn't have been more helpful a real refreshing change.

MTS were very helpful in the survey and quoting stage. Once booked in their engineers arrived on time and even stayed longer than planned to make sure all unexpected issues were dealt with on the same visit. I have worked in Commercial HVAC engineering for close to 20 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them as a sub contractor commercially as well as again in my home.

I had quite a few electrical jobs done at my new house by these guys, including new and replacement sockets, ceiling roses and light switches, a new cooker point, electric bathroom heater and new lights wired in, plus moving heating controls and timers to allow for a new kitchen installation to take place. I was very impressed by their efficient and professional service, friendly and helpful too. From the moment Mark came to assess the work I was confident that this was a trustworthy and professional firm, and my judgment was definitely accurate! All the work was certificated and the guys were very pleasant and respectful of my property, and cleared up afterwards. A fair price too. All in all a very good experience and will definitely be using their services again for some further work that is needed. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by MTS. We were selling parents' property and needed a very quick electrical report. This was arranged within a week and Ollie arranged for the remedial works to be carried out within 48 hours so as not to hold up the property chain. The new report was in my e-mails before the end of the day with all works completed. All this happened the week before Christmas so thank you to Ollie and all concerned. Would definitely recommend.

Had to organize a last minute EICR report for a house we were buying so I did a ring around to local electricians and understandably during this crazy covid situation, one of our biggest problems was how long we would have to wait before the job could be started. Ordinarily it wouldn’t be too much of a problem but in our case, we needed it done asap but most of the electricians we called couldn’t get to us for around 3 weeks. I spoke to the guyz at MTS and after explaining our predicament, they pulled out all the stops and actually arranged the job and had the test completed in 3 working days which was amazing. Their prices for the report were on par with other firms which was also an added bonus. Thankz Mark and Ollie for all the help and advice, it was very much appreciated !!

Was worried having someone in the house as have been shielding but they were so professional and I felt at ease. They came to wire in a boiler switch and also fixed a light switch. MTS have done all my Electrical work and they are very efficient, knowledgeable and value for money.

I phoned this company out of hours on mon 27th of july because we had no power,Mark talked me through what to do to regain power supply it turned out to be a cooker fault Mark arrived on time on Tuesday and found the grill element needed replacing he ordered new one which he came and fitted on friday on time again. Good service from a very pleasant gentleman.

I found MTS via the NICEIC website so I knew they were kosher, I tried calling a few others beforehand without success, then tried MTS - I was glad I did. Their people were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (an attribute some others overlook). They turned up when they promised and my electrical issue got sorted promptly. I was impressed by their attitude and good work. I’ve now stored their details in my phone so they'll be the first people I call for all future electrical work in my home.

If you want a reliable efficient company to do work for you DON'T use this company! I made an appointment a week ago for an electrician to carry out electrical safety checks for my household insurance (thatch) on a house I have bought . Still living in my older house I struggled in sweltering heat and a 3 hour journey to be here for that. However the apppinted time went by and eventually I called them only to have a weak response 'didn't we call you' ' our tester is not working !! So three hours now back to Lincs - no apology or contrition at all ! Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere , anywhere but here !
