I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you so much for taking the time to talk my elderly mother-in-law through getting her power back on this evening. We found your website online after reading so many great reviews, and now we can absolutely see why. She really appreciated your patience and kindness in helping her over the phone, especially as she was feeling quite stressed (as it was turning dark) at the time. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help, and we’re very grateful. We’ll be sure to recommend you to friends and family in the future.
