I cannot praise Lewis highly enough for his quick and helpful response. He walked me through fault finding over the phone and I would highly recommend Coopson technologies to anyone.
Our experience is poor quality workmanship in many areas of our new build home where more issues are being discovered. This morning for example while replacing a bathroom fan which in itself was poorly fitted. The main feed to the fan had been damaged with an exposed cable being visible but instead of being replaced or cut back, the cable had been left in that potentially dangerous condition.
Lewis answered the phone during his lunch brake and talked me through a quick fix that would have cost me £70 on a call out. Absolute diamond - my new electrician!
I am a first time buyer and had a survey done on the house I am hoping to buy which required me to get someone to look at the electrics. Lewis at Coopson Technologies could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was booked in within the week to have an electrical EICR report. I was talked through everything on the report. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. As a first time buyer I was nervous and asked a lot of questions! I am really happy I booked this company and when I get the house (fingers crossed) I will be booking Lewis for the jobs listed, thanks again. A happy customer!

Outstanding service! Its alway tricky to find a professional and reliable contractor. We were very fortunate to discover coopson technologies. We required a full 'Electrical Installation Condition Report' for a property purchase and chose coopson, after speaking with 3 contractors in the area, as we were so impressed with how helpful Lewis was when speaking on the phone. He was able to accommodate the day we needed and his communication was excellent throughout. The test was carried out and the report followed promptly. I asked to speak with Lewis over the phone to go over a couple of highlighted areas and, again, he was very helpful. A couple of minor issues required further works which he was happy to discuss and book in at a time that suited us after completion of the purchase. 5* service and will definitely be using Coopson for future works! Lewis is a true professional. His response to our request for replacing our ceiling lights was prompt. His quote to us came quickly. He arrived on time the day of installation and finished ahead of schedule. The job was not easy but Lewis persevered and got the job done. We could not be more pleased.
After being let down by a electrician I called coopson technologies, who were very polite, Proffessional and willing to help, now days that is very rare to find, Lewis had work scheduled in all week but went out of his way to fit me in the following day, it turned out that all my problems I was experiencing was an easy fix so was repaired in no time at a very reasonable price, I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody , keep up the good work, my all round experience was first class.
5 STAR for me. what a very pleasant, clean and tidy young man. After deciding to move my lounge around I needed rewiring done as the wall where I wanted my TV sky box etc did not have any plug sockets. 2 double plug sockets fitted and he even rewired my aerial for me aswell as thoroughly cleaning up after himself. Fantastic job Lewis. You have restored my faith in the younger generation. Thank you Thank you Thank you
After being let down by another electrician I called Coopson Technologies and although it was only a minor job that needed doing they were more than happy to help. Lewis managed to fit me in the next day and all was sorted. Reliable and reasonably priced I have no problem recommending. Many thanks
