4.3
Iain S Radford Electrical Contractors drew mixed feedback. One reviewer said the work was done as quoted, on time and neatly when three double sockets were moved, and would use the firm again. Another reviewer described them as honest and reliable, while a third found Iain helpful, genial and very professional. By contrast, one reviewer strongly criticised poor and sloppy workmanship and very poor customer service, saying repeated calls and emails did not secure an appointment.
Quick to respond.Job of moving 3 double sockets done as quoted on time neat and tidy would use again.
Jon LeBrugier. We have never received an enquiry from yourself for electrical works. Your review, albeit from 4 years ago, is utterly false.
They are a very honest and reliable electricians
Harsh comments about Iain from previous review I found Iain to be helpful, genial and very professional highly recommended
Folkestone is not blessed with great tradesmen. Iain S Radford though is dire - I would advise you to avoid at all costs. Poor and often sloppy workmanship is allied to one of the worst ever customer services. If you ring/e-mail 10 times that still isn't enough to arrange an appointment. Truly hopeless. When he does attend, you really wish he hadn't bothered.
