After deploying his team to start on the first fix I quickly learned that his competency was imbedded in his team, and delivered with friendliness and enthusiasm. Having recently moved to Sidmouth I’m so happy to have found such a great electrician. A W Electrical were professional, friendly and punctual delivering great work and brilliant service. Definitely my “go to” firm for any future jobs.

On Thursday 5th. September 2024 I returned home in the afternoon to discover a power outage on a section of my ring main circuit. I phoned Adam and he kindly scheduled me in for the following morning which was fantastic considering his busy work schedules. Adam and his assistant Paddy came over and Adam methodically checked external wiring leading from an armoured cable and discovered the problem to be a worn out junction box at the bottom of my garden that feeds a pond pump and filter box. While Adam worked on making good the integrity of the outdoor fishpond electrics, Paddy fitted an extra wall socket in my garage for a recently installed Freezer. He was meticulous and did a very neat job. Both are to be congratulated for their efficiency and excellent work ethic. They were also helpful, friendly and courteous. I could not have asked for more. I would also like to add that a few weeks ago Adam removed an old kitchen cooker extractor fan and replaced it with a new one. His work is always of a very high standard. Thank you. Highly Recommended.

In the middle of the afternoon I lost most of my electrics. I rang Adam and he said he would be round as soon as he could. I recently made a silly mistake and drilled through an electrical cable when hanging something on a wall. AW Electrical were recommended to me via a local Facebook Community group. Adam came to my home and made the electrics safe on the same day I made the call to him, in fact within a couple of hours. I live alone with zero knowledge of electrics, so this was very reassuring. The follow up visit happened within a few days, to reconnect my wall sockets. Everything was explained to me at each stage of the works, and a thorough, clean and tidy, professional job was completed. The price for both visits (with the first being an urgent call out) was excellent. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending AW Electrical, and will call them for any future work. Both Adam and Ben were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional chaps. Thanks guys.
