We recently used Four Seasons to complete a major upgrade to our home energy and heating systems, including installation of an air source heat pump, full conversion from a gravity-fed to a pressurised plumbing system, 21 solar panels and 2 battery units — and we genuinely could not be happier with the result. From start to finish, the entire team were absolute professionals. Their workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding — everything has been installed incredibly neatly, from the pipework and cabling through to the positioning of equipment. It’s obvious they take real pride in their work. What really stood out throughout the process was how approachable, knowledgeable and honest everyone was. They provided a very competitive quotation and even encouraged us to obtain alternative quotes so we could satisfy ourselves that we were making the right decision, which gave us a huge amount of confidence in them from the outset. The installation itself was completed with minimal disruption considering the scale of the works, and the team were a pleasure to have around the house throughout. Most importantly, the system is performing brilliantly. I'm slightly addicted to the monitoring app(s) which show we haven’t spent a penny on imported electricity since commissioning last week! We would not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons to anyone considering renewable energy or heating upgrades.

4seasons installed our solar system 4 years ago and it has worked well. Crucially when we had a recent problem they were excellent at coming back to site and troubleshooting. Companies show how good they really are when things don't go perfectly and 4 Seasons came up trumps. Thoroughly recommend.

After quite a bit of research we chose 4Seasons solutions to install a quite large solar panel and battery system.We we’re impressed with Daniel’s grasp of our needs and his technical know how. All the staff have been very courteous, helpful and efficient. So all the work was completed within a week. Graham and Will of 4 Seasons Solutions recently installed Daikin air-conditioning units in our house in Bristol and we are delighted with their work. For external access, they used RB Scaffolding, who were a pleasure to deal with. Internally, the installation of the units necessitated the moving of electrical sockets by Will, and the threading of pipes and cables across a 1-metre gap between the internal and external walls by Graham. The units are great – compact, quiet and effective – and the external trunking that Graham used could not have been installed more neatly. Gareth was helpful and responsive to all of our queries from start to finish. All in all a very positive experience.

Installation of two strings across two roofs; garage and main roof. Included two batteries and inverter with 16 panels. Experience from first to last moment was without fault. Across the company the staff gave me lots of confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing, and what was needed combined with discussions and new options that would suit my usage and circumstances. There was depth of knowledge across the team from measuring up, to site installation, electrical, roofing and commissioning and all members of staff were friendly and conscientious and willing to share knowledge and advice on the systems. They all seemed prepared to go the extra mile to help. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them further for additional panels later in the year.

Installation cost includes scaffolding. Fitters excellent, professional, courteous and efficient. Fully explained how everything worked including the app that goes with the installation. 4 Seasons Solutions installed a 3.8kW solar panel solution on our property. We chose them because a friend recommended them to us. From the first phone call, through site inspection to installation (including all the administration) we could not fault them. Communication was outstanding. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The installation team were so polite and accommodating; they were a real pleasure to have around. Even the scaffolders they employed were great. It was just one of the easiest jobs we have ever had done on our home and we could not recommend them highly enough.

My installation was for a GivEnergy battery storage to accompany existing solar PV panels, owned for 11 years. The whole installation was carried out in a thoroughly professional, tidy and efficient manner. Communication throughout was excellent by all members of the team. A small manufacturing glitch during commissioning was swiftly resolved within 20 mins by dialogue between Daniel and GivEnergy. I have found the battery storage has exceeded my expectations and look forward to many years of reduced energy costs. I recommend this company!!

This was a complicated instillation as we required Listed Building and Planning consent prior to instillation - a process that 4 Sasons were happy to engage with us on. The timscales, costs and process regarding the instillation were very clearly explained from the outset. What we really appreciated was, right from the beginning, 4 Seasons expected us to be as committed to the process and instillation as they were. We were reassured by having a main point of contact throughout. Daniel's approachability, professionalism and seemingly bottomless knowledge of his area of expertise made all the difference. Daniel was excellent, and although he and the team at 4 Seasons were extremely busy, he always got back to us and answered our queries in a full and timely manner. Daniels indepth understanding of the pecularities of our situation became clear when he was able to offer suggestions that both simplified the situation regarding the instillation and ultimately led to a saving to us of many thousands of pounds, demonstrating to us that 4 Seasons are interested in, and committed to solutions and great customer service rather than a quick sale. The instillation team were polite, knowledgable, hard working (they didn't stop), very low maintenance and treated us with respect throughout the time with us. From initial contact, site survey, quotation, instillation, comissioning, handover and even billing, this is a journey we would happily undertake again with 4 Seasons.

4 Seasons recently fitted an air source heat pump at our home, I would highly recommend them. They were helpful when deciding what systems to choose, explained everything and the installation went very smoothly.
