This is our second job completed by Home, this time with Dan who installed a EV charger. Really top service, professional and I couldn't ask for anything more from you guys. Our bath had been leaking on and off for years, we’ve tried to fix it and no one seemed to be able to find the issue. Home Exeter were amazing, booked us in quickly, and fixed the issue! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent service, friendly admin communication, would highly recommend! As a former tenant you have no choice in who comes to fix issues and a lot of different people are used. Home were the only ones worth remembering and upon buying our forever home they were the first choice to make sure everything was up to standard and sorting any issues. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Rich to sort out our electrical issues and he was a delight to have around, amazing at explaining the issues and what he was doing in simple terms we could understand. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after making sure you wouldn't have known anyone had been. I don't want to say I look forward to using them again, because that'll mean something is wrong with the house 🤣 but I do look forward to using them again with total peace of mind.

We had three electrical issues that needed fixing: an extractor fan in a toilet, an unreliable dimmer switch, and kitchen ceiling lights. Within 24 hours of our requesting a visit an electrician had come to check out the nature of the problems, and an estimate issued. the actual work was carried out on the first day we said would be convenient. everything was done very quickly and efficiently, and in a very friendly manner. We recommend the firm 100%.

I used this company to install my electric car charger. They were very reliable and helpful. When there were technical issues with the charger itself Rich stayed cheerful and solution-focused. The job took longer than it should have done but they honoured the original quote. I have recommended them to a few friends since for a variety of jobs and everyone has been happy. Great company to deal with.

We had our shower fitted by the lovely Jamie and the trusty Rich! They did an amazing job with the fitting and kept checking with me every step of the way it was what I wanted and ok. Last year, Home Exeter fitted a new boiler. This year they fixed my kitchen tap and toilet Always very polite. Always on time. Reliability gives peace of mind. Always good advice. Saved me a bundle with a quick suggestion that meant me not having to get a new fridge-freezer. So quality, efficiency, promptness ...what more can you ask?

Reliable and trustworthy. I've used Home Exeter for a while now. The very first job the did for me was before I moved in and I was over 300 miles away from my new house. The team worked off the schematics I emailed through, they had to let themselves in and secure my property after they left. All the work was done to a high standard, they cleared up after themselves, secured my property, and let me know it was all done. Since then I have called them out for 1 emergency (a radiator fell off the wall in an upstairs room), and forc2 smaller pieces of work (a leak and connecting under the sink). All done to an excellent level and reasonably priced. With a lot of renovation work coming up I fully intend to use the team for the extensive plumbing and electrical work I have coming up. I've even passed on Home Exeter's details to my friend who is looking for a reliable plumber.

A huge thank you to the engineers who installed additional radiators for us. They did a fantastic job, left the house clean, tidy and warm for us and even came back to check that we were happy. Home recently completely re-wired and re-plumbed our kitchen for us, as well as running a new electrical supply out to our shed and garage. This was quite a bit of work that involved several visits from Alan, Rich and Paul (electrics) and Alex (plumbing). Excellent work installing a bathroom cabinet with lights and shaver socket. I contacted them through their website and received a reply the next day to organise a visit to quote for the work of running a new power point in and wiring and mounting the cabinet. This was done quickly and I was very happy with the price and quality of work. I will definitely use Home Exeter for any work I need doing in future!

I used Home Exeter Ltd to change my electric hob to a gas hob. They were able to quote based off of the photos I sent them as I was yet to complete on the house and the quote they produced was well priced and comes with a fantastic length warranty. We have worked with Home Exeter Ltd to manage our portfolio of properties since the business began in 2019 having previously worked with Jamie during his previous employment before starting his own company and have been continuously impressed by the level of service his company provides. The company has expanded massively and the office girls are always so communicative when booking appointments, sending updates and providing paperwork and the engineers are extremely reliable, on the ball and also communicative whilst on the job with any findings. From routine PAT testing to stopping water from pouring through a ceiling they deliver an amazing service. We couldn't fault them at all!

Very nice service from Home Exeter Limited. We had a new fuse box installed and wiring check on our new home when we moved in. The wiring check indicated we needed the whole property rewired. Home offered a very competitive price for the work and a timeline that suited my needs. Allan and Richard arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Very professional, knowledgeable and (very) tidy workers. They rewired and updated all my plug sockets, which I chose, installed USB plugs and new lighting. We had a small Gas Leak in our kitchen and Home Exeter responded very quickly and we're on site within 20 minutes to make safe and carry out initial diagnosis. A permanent repair wasn't possible during same visit as it was necessary to remove kitchen units and dig up part of the concrete floor. These final works were completed a week later. I am very satisfied with the Service I have received and would very much recommend Home Exeter to others.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mum, as she doesn't do internet! This team did my mums bathroom for her, installed an electric water boiler, decommissioned an old gas boiler and many other things to make the house safe and easy to use for her. All the members of the team who worked on the project were very professional and the now shower room looks fantastic and everything works really well. They worked very hard as got the job done on time and to price. Definitely recommend this team of professionals.

Good quality of work when they do actually bother to turn up but they've very unreliable. Twice they've been due to do work and twice now they've cancelled because "the parts haven't arrived" despite knowing weeks in advance that they were coming to do the work. The irony is that when they came to quote for the work, they actually said to me "We may not be the cheapest, but at least we turn-up". Um, no you don't turn-up actually.

We contacted Home Exeter when our boiler broke down, they came out quickly and identified the issue. They then advised on options including how to heat our water cost-effectively until they could carry out a boiler replacement.
