Roberts & Co Electrical Ltd

Brilliant service, as always.

I'm really happy with the service I got from Roberts and Co. I had two visits (for some testing and re-wiring) and both times the chaps that came to do the work were punctual, polite and professional, and completed the work quickly with no fuss. The admin team were also really helpful when arranging the booking and replying to queries. I'm happy to recommend Roberts and Co.

Extremely helpful and were able to accommodate my requirements without issue. Turned up exactly on time & completed a very tidy install of my EV charge point.

Absolutely fantastic service! The EV charger installation was completed to an exceptionally high standard - neat, tidy and incredibly professional throughout. The team were courteous, knowledgeable and clearly take real pride in their work. Everything was installed with such care and precision and the final result looks brilliant. It's rare to see a job done this smartly with such attention to detail. I'm genuinely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality EV charger installation at home.

Excellent service from Roberts and Co Electrical, from the initial survey to install a suitable (Simpson and Partners) EV wall charger and additional external power point to the actual installation.

Roberts & co Electrical are a great company to deal with. Tom and Sam who did the work were fantastic and couldn’t have been any more professional throughout the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again!

I am really pleased to have discovered Roberts & Co. They have been friendly and efficient throughout.

Brilliant service from these guys. We needed to get some equipment PAT tested in a hurry for an event, and these guys were freindly, fast and very cost-effective. Highly recommend!

A good job done in quickly identifying a fault in a circuit in our home. The electrician came up with a creative plan to overcome the problem. I thought the work was reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with the whole process of getting a new cooker point fitted. I felt very at ease with the electrician who came to review and then complete the job. I am so glad that I now have an electrical service I can trust, and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with some flickering fluorescent lights in our church hall in Topsham and they were disturbing the many groups who meet there. As the ceiling is quite high, we could not replace the tubes ourselves so we approached Roberts & Co Electrical Ltd. The company was most obliging and fitted the job into their schedule very quickly. Tom & Michael were courteous, friendly and efficient.

We contacted this company for the first time to replace a cooker hood. They were extremely helpful in making the arrangements to do the job at short notice. The two young men that came were polite & friendly. They worked in a very tidy & professional way. Would highly recommend them.

Superb service by Roberts and Co Electrical after my downstairs lights and cooker ceased to work. Speedily rectified with expertise and courtesy. I could not fault them.

I recently had an electrical inspection with Roberts & Co Electrical Ltd, and I’m very pleased with the service. Everything was arranged quickly, communication was excellent throughout, and the report was emailed over promptly. Great professionalism and reliability all round - I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy electrical work.

Nothing but praise for Mark and his team. Work performed was in connection with a major bungalow extension and covered 2 different phases for rewiring every room, new fuse box additional sockets and lighting points to enhance every room and also fitting outside lights and bathroom mirrors etc. for compliance. Work was always performed to a high standard and what was most pleasing was that Marks team "got" what we were trying to do and thought through the best location for everything to ensure it all came together and came up with some great ideas. All the guys who came on site were a pleasure to have working and they often had to get around not the easiest conditions with other building stuff ongoing. Definitely recommend to be in good hands.

Zac has completed an assortment of jobs, including radio switch a motion detector switch, and several PowerPoints. Cheerful tidy worker, who ensured we were satisfied it was as we wanted. Thank you for the prompt attention, we are delighted with the results and will not hesitate to recommend.

Great professional service, good communication, good value, competent team, friendly service, prompt certifications. Needed reminder to sweep up!

Excellent service, very professional would highly recommend

We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Fast efficient & reasonably priced.

Mark and his team fitted my EV charger. He provided a prompt initial visit and same day quotation. Once accepted he was exceptional with communication by phone and email about the arrangements for the installation, and even arranged for most of the wiring to be done at short notice prior to the actual delivery of the charger itself, which was several days later. Zack and Sam, together with Mark, completed the wiring and installation very neatly, and left me very impressed with the service. I already have a quote for another job I need doing.

Good place, good service 👏 👍 👌 🙌

Mark Roberts Electrics team have been fantastic. They managed to fit in work for me at short notice when we needed disabled adaptations to our home. And have just come to my aid again replacing a cooker hood and fixing a steel splash backplate which meant I did not have to have the whole wall retiled . A really tidy job and professional finish.

Very professional. Obtained a detailed quote for installing Nest equipment, an EV charger and a full electrical survey which were carried out to high standards on time and to budget. Recommended.

Excellent service by Mark installing my EV charger at home. Mark was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Mark was fantastic from start to finish. Came to see if the installation was possible and to provide a quote. Communication was excellent by phone and email. He and Tom then came to complete the work which they couldn’t have done any better, making a very neat and tidy professional finish. Was all done in a few hours ready for my car delivery the same day. Would highly recommend

Very impressed with Roberts, were able to do the work quickly, arrived on time, fitted an excellent extractor fan, and did it all a very fair price. Will definitely use again.

I was impressed with the prompt service received. Mark was professional, friendly and courteous and attended within hours of my call to inspect an electrical fault. He was thorough and meticulous and carried out the work to my total satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, quick and friendly. Thanks!

I recently asked Mark for a quote to fit a bathroom extractor fan which I'd purchased. He responded in a timely fashion to my emails and came to assess the job. The quote was competitive and a couple of Marks colleagues came to fit it. They noticed a problem with the planned site for it and were able to work around it easily. I found them friendly and professional, they kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. The finish looks good and we're really pleased.
