Found the company online as we needed an electrician out of hours. They were very polite, extremely professional. Tried helping over the phone and via WhatsApp as it was late and clearly trying to save us the expense of a call out. Came out the following day, called ahead of time as requested. He introduced himself, we showed him where things were that he needed to check, he got on with the job at hand, he couldn't do enough.for us, explained what he was and why. Payment was easy and straight forward, asked us to get back in touch if we has any further issues. Would highly recommend, and obviously would use again!!! Thank you chaps!

Absolutely brilliant service and really lovely guys. I needed an electrician last minute to disconnect a Window extractor fan ready for a new Window install, and for them to connect and hang a new extractor fan. They squeezed me in last minute and even changed a broken light switch, that i had just mentioned whilst they were here. They left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company. Power cut at 6am on a Sunday nightmare. I called and an engineer was at the door within 45 minutes. He isolated the fault, found a damaged spur behind the fridge, replaced it, and ran full RCD/RCBO tests before leaving. Super professional: shoe covers on, clear explanations, and a transparent quote that matched the final bill. He even emailed a short report with photos for our landlord. Fast response, tidy work, fair price couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Called late on a Saturday when our RCD kept tripping and we’d lost power to half the house. An engineer arrived within 40 minutes, quickly traced it to a faulty socket, replaced it, tested everything, and walked us through what he’d done. Super polite, honest about costs (no hidden extras), and even gave tips to stop it happening again. Fair price, fast response, and genuinely professional service we’ve saved the number and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Responded first thing in the morning to my 5am emergency call and arranged for a prompt visit whilst trying to resolve the issue via text. Issue resolved promptly on attendance.

Absolutely fantastic. Fuse board tripped on a Sunday night and would not come back on. Rather than charge me for a call out and hourly ( which I'm sure a lot of people would have) I was walked through some steps to identify and potentially solve the problem myself , which identified a faulty ( and now binned) appliance. Can not recommend highly enough !!

Reported an issue regarding leaking from an extractor fan and a fizzing sound. Troy attended my home to look into the issue and removed the extractor fan, all whilst explaining what the problem was and where it resides. Troy was quick and efficient and would definitely recommend his services

I experienced a wiring problem with what I expected to be a straightforward task, replacing an existing fluorescent light with a modern led batten. Troy at T. What an amazing service! I had an issue with my wiring and light switch. Both were abated over the phone through consultation. I would recommend this tradesman all day, everyday, to anyone that requires a knowledgeable electrician to carry out tasks / projects. However big or small. Swift response and was very kind throughout! Completly genuine.

Our plug blew up and it was close to 5pm so all electricians would have gone home, called T PYNN and they offered to see it over pictures and texts opposed to coming out and costing me the emergency call out fee, within 5 minutes they’d told me which cable to put back in and I got the power back to my kitchen and didn’t lose all the food in my fridge! Genuinely cannot recommend them enough and I’m so glad they’re the company I randomly saw on Google to call 😊 thank you again, you’re angels!

Was out of electeicity for over two hours. Other companies I called just wanted to get money off of me and were charging me £280 for an emergency call out. They didn't even try to talk me through how to try and sort it out myself. He told me to disconnect all the plugs in the house and then try turning the circuit breaker on again as that woukdnt come one hence no light. My husband did this and it worked. Thanks Troy. U are a life saver. I recommend this company as their first action is not to take your money but to help you sort it out first. Ttoy saved me £280 this Friday night. Thank u Troy.

Very helpful and responsive even late at night

Troy and his team have done an excellent job completely rewiring my flat. It was a very challenging job but they were amazing. At the end of every day they made sure that I could get around safely and they were all lovely guys. It was an experience that I had dreaded but it was a joy having them around.

I have used this company twice and will continue to, very responsive communicating and most importantly available. I required heaters to be installed in this cold weather. As for the service top quality very skilful and talented in the work clean cut professionalism and i can trust troy and alex to carry out work in my shops when im not there. They are very time efficient and i admire that they take care in leaving the work setting tidy this is not a common thing. I will continue to use there service nothing ever is deemed to be too big or too small of a job. They also get themselves about i needed them in west sussex and Hampshire and no problems. They get on with the task in front of them, they give me suggestions in way tk save money and/or time really mindful this way. The overall quality is first class and feel lucky to have pinned down a company who is available to me at my disposal.
