Ogden & Harris Electrical Services Ltd

I recently had Ogden & Harris install an EV charger for me. The quote was produced swiftly and once I had given them the go ahead work was completed a couple of weeks later. Parts were all sourced and supplied by them meaning everything was stress free. I would highly recommend for this kind of work which having shopped around seemed to be a specialist area.

Engaging this firm as part of our renovation project was a huge mistake. As it was a complicated job, we proceeded on an estimate (rather than quote) basis. They ended up costing DOUBLE the estimated budget, and taking 7 months to rewire the house - the speed at which they worked became a standing joke amongst the other trades. They didn't supervise their men so that we found them charging us for a full day's labour for workers who'd only been on site for a half day at a time. We have ended up with hundreds of metres of overbought cable, and unconnected cables buried in walls which serve no purpose - and when asked, they say they can't remember why they were fitted or where the supplies could be connected!! They've had their money (an absolute fortune), and have no interest in coming back to help try to establish what their workmen did. I would never use Ogden and Harris again, and could not recommend them under any circumstances.

The service I received from Ogden&Harris was nothing short of perfection. They were polite, efficient, affordable and the finished product was everything I’d hoped it would be. I will recommend these boys to everyone who will listen and will 100% be using again. Thank you.

Can’t recommend this company more! I left them in charge of the electrics for my first business over 3 years ago, I was very unsure and on edge about what I should and shouldn’t do and these guys talked me through, step by step, what would and wouldn’t work. They put me at ease and took charge and I could not be happier, so much so, when opening my second business, one phone call, they advised and executed the work incredibly, they outdone themselves yet again. For anyone looking for a reliable, and trustworthy electrician, these are your guys! Thanks again! 10/10

Sadly had prior commitments on the day but tried to help with the problem over the phone, was very helpful and informative, will use in the future
