Tony had great communication and arrived within the timeframe he said he would. Managed to get in and out of the tiny crawlspace the previous owner of my flat decided to put the heater in, identified the issue (heater had cut out as a safety measure after getting too hot) and seems to have sorted it for now. Sent me the relevant pictures and info in case it happens again, and also answered my questions about other electrical work I was considering in future. Overall an unexpectedly painless experience and I'll definitely use this company again. Edit: now had third batch of work done by Tony, just as good service as before - very adaptable helpful guy with a knack for problem-solving. I phoned up Tony to check the wiring in the house. As usual he answered the phone very promptly and was very approachable. During his visit today, he patiently answered my questions, explained everything very clearly and gave me some advice. Tony is very efficient and he is definitely my goto electrician. This is the third time I have called on his services. (Four years ago he installed a chandelier and dimmer switch and in 2023 he replaced a faulty power point.) Excellent service! Reasonable pricing! Tom is very much our go to person for anything electrical at our house. Provides a great service and high quality work. This time he came to fix some outside lights that were broken; on time and great price.

We moved into a new house, wanted to check the electrics. I spoke to Tony on the phone, sent over a few details and photos, he responded almost instantly and called me back to explain that our fuse box etc was up to date and looking through our previously provided electrical report that nothing was needed to be done, but if we had any other concerns or wanted anything changing, he was happy to help. Saved us paying for someone to come out and tell us the exact same thing, so thank you!

I had a number of small jobs that needed doing including a replacement bathroom fan, upgrades to LED down lights and two replacement 13 A sockets. Tony was easy to get hold of on the phone and visited my flat at a convenient time to me. He was helpful in deciding the best way ahead and quoted a good price. He completed the job in a couple of hours and I am pleased with the results.

After reading good reviews I called C A Electrical about a few small jobs that needed doing, Tony was able to squeeze me in the very next day and was amazing. Even though I had the wrong items to install he had parts on hand and was able to get everything I wanted done in a short time for a decent rate which we had discussed beforehand so everything was transparent from the start. Came out on a Saturday afternoon to investigate and repair an RCD failing to reset fault. Tony systematically located fault and efficiently repaired it. Very professional and good value. Will definitely use again.

Tony has done quite a lot of work for me now - beginning with a full electrical safety check before moving in, followed by rectifying some issues found in the check, light fittings, additional plug points and an external plug. He is totally reliable, I trusted him with my house keys, he is friendly and explains things well. He always tidies up fully and his work is excellent. It’s really good to know a local reliable electrician I can count on.

i just called this company to ask them for a quote & after speak with them for a good 5 minutes was i was rudely told that they would not work for us & then the phone was promptly hung up without further explanation. Very bad customer service & i would not recommend them to anyone in Eastbourne. Will certainly not be using at any of our other 12 apartment blocks in Eastbourne.

I would recommend Tony to anyone needing any form of electrical work done...... He was very helpful in bringing my power back on after I successfully drilled through my mains power cable. Whilst he was here he also fitted some new sockets and light switches, as well as removing and decommissioning an old bathroom heater, and I thought what he charged was very reasonable. my usual electrician has now retired, I contacted Tony when I found his ad in a local 'Friday Ad', he was very helpful on the phone when I explained that our ceiling fan had 'died', he made arrangements to call round and investigate, on investigation he discovered that there was a problem with the reverse switch on the fan, as we have never used the fan in reverse he removed the switch and rewired the fan to work in only one direction, which was fine for us and meant we didn't have to buy a new fan. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a complete professional, also his fees are very reasonable. Thank you Tony for breathing life into our fan once more, Graham.
