I have been a Tectonic customer for the better part of ten years now, for my home and my rental property. Their services have ranged from landlord safety certicates, new oven circuit, new consumer units, to additional power sockets, new outside lights, replacement power diverter for the solar system, and repair of a TV satellite system. Nigel and James are prompt, professional, and highly skilled. They are very good at explaining what's going on and what needs to be done. Rhian in reception/admin is always friendly and helpful. Alway reliable and professional! Anything related to electrical or tv I know I can always rely on Tectonic! This business has now carried out the wiring of my extension including rewiring old system, a satellite installation with four feeds to lounge kitchen and two bedrooms. The setup of tv and surround system concealing all leads and cables an external power supply to garden and drive plus install an alarm system to my shop in Hampden Park! Super impressed with the team at Tectonic! We contacted them to arrange to have our fire alarm tested and to help with a detector fault. Rhian listened to our requirements and liaised with us to organise a site visit. Nigel gave us lots of useful information during the site visit and a quotation followed the next day. James and Nigel serviced the alarm system, detected the fault and repaired in and were very considerate of our business trading whilst they were on site. Tectonic installed an EV charger and upgraded some electrical circuits to add some future-proofing. From the initial survey to the completed works, the team were professional, friendly, courteous and punctual. Unlike some larger national companies who quoted for the job, they carried out a thorough survey and were able to fit the charger where I wanted it to be fitted rather than limit the cable run to 10M. If you need an electrical job doing well, I'd recommend engaging Tectonic.

They have just installed solar panels together with batteries and back up circuits. It looks superb. Over the last few years these guys have replaced our old fuse board with an RCD, installed various new plugs and lights, CCTV, a home network, a TV distribution system, multiple smoke/CO2 alarms and a car charger. As engineers they just seem to know everything and the quality of their work is impeccable. As workmen they are friendly, tidy and punctual. And they don’t come with a transistor radio.

They came round within three hours of our call, quickly identified the reason for our loss of signal and gave good advice on the options available. The solution we took was a new dish and upgraded cables, but installation was complicated requiring discrete internal trunking as well as secure unobtrusive external cabling from front to back of our older property. They carried out this work quickly and expertly, managing to do a very neat very professional job, all completed by 4pm same day. We could not be more pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Tectonic.
