C Smith Electrical is widely praised for a prompt, professional and helpful service, with Craig named often for listening to customers and giving advice. Reviewers report reliable arrival on the agreed day and tidy work, with one noting the team let themselves in and left no mess. An EV charger installation was described as neat, and another customer was pleased with the finished installation. One reviewer said Craig was flexible around third-party building work and kept downtime to a minimum, and another mentioned a callout at short notice on a bank holiday. One reviewer said Craig is accredited to NICEIC; no review reports a problem.

We used Craig’s services for some upgrade work at our sunbed shop in the town centre, there was quite a lot of work to do with dependencies on 3rd parties for building work and meter upgrades. Craig was really flexible and there was when we needed hm which meant our downtime was kept to a minimum, the standard of the work was excellent and would definitely recommend.
