Once on site he explained his plan to find the fault and got on with it quickly. He gave us clear updates along the way and rapidly isolated the fault and returned power to our house. Really great job and service. Thank you and would whole heartedly recommend. Oh, and the price was good.

Cannot fault the service by the guys at Plexus Electrical. I asked for a EV charger to be installed at the back of my property with wiring from the front through the loft. Plexus quoted a very reasonable price, easy to organise a day that suited both of us, efficient and friendly service on the day and had it all up and running when they said they would. Really great service and lovely to deal with. Would recommend to anyone requiring an electrician.

Came to fix faulty home charger for EV's. Found fault and ordered parts, fitted new parts to find further secondary fault in charging unit. Parts ordered, but found a replacement wall charger for similar price of the parts. Kept me in the loop with dates by Text for site visits, a very pleasant team working on site. Not wanted payment until satisfactory outcome, and all fixes are working correctly. I would highly recommend this local company for any EV / Charging stations work. Genuine and honest company.

Mike and his assistant from Plexus Electrical installed our electric car charger. We wanted to install the charger in our garage which is not joined to the house which involved the cable being laid under our paving slabs and into the garage. The weather was atrocious. The men did this quickly and efficiently. The charger was installed in the garage in a good position that was suitable for the car. They ensured the device was working perfectly and instructed us on how to use it. They were thoroughly professional in all aspects of their work. We have no hesitation in recommending Plexus Electrical Ltd for the care they take and their attention to detail.
