NDCL Electrical & Property Maintenance

I had 3 new ceiling pendants well fitted by clean young man who worked quickly arrived when he said he would and would call again when needed. Job well done.

Craig carried out the full rewire of our house in 2023. He and his team worked tirelessly and had a lot of attention to detail to complete the project on time. I'd highly recommend them and we continue to use them with all things electrics in our home as they are fast to respond, very reasonably priced and turn up when they say they will!

They did an amazing job with the electrical work, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, efficient, and the service they provided was top-notch. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs. They definitely deserve all the praise!

Fantastic and very professional. We have had many jobs completed by the team and they are always reliable and able to offer great solutions. Highly recommend!

Craig is doing a full rewire for us as we renovate top to bottom slowly. We chose craig due to his pragmatic approach to our project, craig is very honest where things do and don't work and always provides options wherever we need to solve problems.

Craig did some work for us installing new fire detectors. Craig always came back to me promptly when organising visits and turned up when he said he would. He quickly got his head round some new regulations and came back with a clear quote for the work. The jobs were completed to a high standard and we’d be happy to use again.

Craig and his son are an excellent team of electricians and have shown themselves to be both reliable and helpful whenever we have asked them to help. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing electrical work done

Outstanding service from start to finish, explains everything very clearly, is tidy and always reliable. We have used Craig for more years than I can remember. We wouldn't use anyone else and have recommend him to many others who we know have also been very happy with his service

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service from start to finish. Answered any questions, and the end results were just what we wanted. Highly recommend and will be using again.

I've been contacting Craig and his lad for our electrical needs for the last two years now and he's never let me down. Always polite and quick to respond, does the job well and is off on his way! Tradesmen are notoriously hard to pin down so it's great to have Craig around who you can rely on.

Craig rang before and arranged an appointment; he turned up promptly at 9am on a Monday morning. He also travelled outside of his normal area which was much appreciated. The work carried out is to an excellent standard; very professional and the wiring/fittings were clean and tidy. All for a great quoted price. Would definitely use again. Cheers Craig for the work!

Very professional work done by very competent electricians. Everything went perfectly from the original phone call to job completion. There was no mess, no fuss, everything left safe and secure and all at a very fair price. If you are looking for safe and competent electricians at a fair price, then look no further.

Excellent service . Turned up exactly when they said , and replaced my fusebox at the price quoted. No hassle - great guys.. Very competitive pricing too.. Highly recommended

Great service ++++++ Arrived on time and was professional in every way Good price for a great job Would highly recommended Will be having craig again for more work in the future

Craig and his colleague did a great job installing a new consumer unit for us today and fixing some small C2 issues that needed to be dealt with promptly in the new house that we've just moved into. They made a very tidy job of it and also took the time to advise on extra sockets around the property, since they are currently few and far between. Craig is not a pushy salesman, he simply advises based on priority level and explains everything in Layman's terms - if the work is easy enough for you to do yourself, he'll tell you so that you can make an informed decision. His prices are also very reasonable and I felt that I could trust them when I needed to nip out and leave them in the house for a short time. Very highly recommended!

Craig was very prompt at responding to my job advert and was able to complete a full electrical inspection at very short notice. His communication has been great, his rates very reasonable, and above all Craig has given me peace of mind as to the state of the current electrics and any items that need to be addressed. Highly recommended!

I’ve requested Craig’s services a few times now and each time has been brilliant! He is prompt when responding, pricing is fair and his work is done to a good standard. I will be calling on Craig again, no doubt, as will my family and friends. I can’t recommend him enough - 5* star all the way!

Craig fixed a wire I stupidly drilled through within 24 hours of first contacting him. His work was great, cost less than I expected and he even tidied up.

Very quick, reliable service with good workmanship and very reasonable prices.

Fixed my faulty thermostat which was affecting my heating. On time and very friendly. Would use again.

Prompt reliable service, very helpful and we would recommend.

Did various aspects of electric work in our new kitchen including lights and sockets. Top job and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
