I had a very upsetting experience with PK Electric. The engineer who attended, named Ben, provided what I felt was extremely poor customer service. His attitude came across as unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I also noticed a strong smell that resembled cannabis, which added to how uneasy the situation made me feel. Overall, the service left me shaken and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PK Electric, and I found the whole interaction quite distressing.
