TIM Electrical is a professional company that is worthy of recommendation to anybody who seeks for professional solutions to their Electrical problems. In the first week of December 2025, l had Electrical glitches, which made all the sockets in my house dysfunctional. In fact., I sought for professional persons to help out but the problem could not be unraveled, let alone, for a possible solution because, it required "fault finding" but those who came over could not diagnose the cause of the problem, yet they charged me "call out" fee. Eventually, l got in touch with TIM Electrical and Mr. Trevor showed forth and the confidence he exuded made me believe that he could do something and without equivocation, within two days , he was able to discover the cause of the problem and have it solved for a moderate charged which, amounts to a third of what others had prescribed; should they be able to solve the problem. Since then, l have recommended him to a few friends and l hope to vouch for his professionalism at any given time. He is up to the task and his charge is moderate. From my point of view, he is not the kind of a person who attempts to solve electrical problems and run away. No! He is a" problem solver." Thank you for your response Trevor. In reply to your comments, I would like to clarify my experience further to provide additional context for future customers. When I initially provided the details of the job, my understanding was that you would assess the work and provide a clear fee for the job. Upon agreeing to the fee, I promptly transferred the requested upfront payment as you indicated it was necessary to purchase equipment. At that point, there was no indication that the payment would be used for anything other than the work agreed upon. However, after the payment, communication became inconsistent, and I did not receive a firm date for when you would attend to the job. When I followed up, you mentioned needing to go Christmas shopping and did not provide a concrete plan for the job. I was surprised that the funds I had paid appeared to have been used for purposes other than the work we had discussed. Further complications arose when you informed me that an extension cable was needed, and I agreed to cover this additional cost beyond the original fee. However, after you agreed to attend the property, you failed to show up on the scheduled date, leaving us waiting all day. When you rescheduled, you failed to show up again and cited an emergency job as the reason for not attending. After this, I requested a refund, only to be told you had no funds available to return it. Despite my request for a refund, you insisted on attending the property, but continued to make no mention of any additional charges for a call-out. When you finally did attend, you suggested further expenses that were beyond the scope of the original estimate, leading to my decision to cancel the work. When I requested a refund again, you explained that you would only refund the fee once the "items purchased" were returned. This was not the agreement, and I was left with no choice but to take further action. Eventually, after sending a pre-action letter, you refunded the fee. This review is intended to share my honest experience and to caution others who may engage with your services in the future.

Trevor is a highly capable and professional electrician who has done multiple pieces of work for me, including installing an outdoor electrical circuit with suitable ip rated sockets and armoured cabling, repaired a dedicated spur for an oven, and relocated/installed lighting in a bedroom. I can't recommend him highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
