Reviewers describe Che at CT SOLAR LTD as helpful and knowledgeable, and several mention good communication from start to finish. Customers report clean, tidy work on solar panel cleaning and installations, with one reviewer saying cleaning restored their panels' electricity generation. One customer says they were allowed to choose their own system components and that the team came back to finish when a battery arrived later. One reviewer reported a late arrival because of traffic but said the team stayed until last light to complete the panel clean. A separate reviewer posted a four-star review in error before any work had been carried out and said they were impressed so far, so that review does not describe a completed job.
Amazing service, and Che was a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely worth with the team in the future.
Had my installation completed on Saturday 15th, as I had a delay on recieving my battery. Che at CT solar was super helpful and accommodating, one of the few companies I found that allowed me to pick the system I wanted. This was crucial for me as I really wanted to get the most out of my roof. I sourced all the main components such as panels inverter and battery, allowing me to future proof myself, costing me the same if not less than companies providing set system that gave less that was a huge bonus for me. The support and communication throughout has been top notch, from getting scaffolding up, additional works, and the install. and even though around this time with heat and demand, the team still managed to squeeze in my install in a couple days and come back to complete it when my battery arrived a month later. Ongoing support is being given but haven't needed it so far, but I will be using them for maintenance. Overall I'm really happy and waiting for my energy provider to activate my export, but I'm practically off grid and exporting all my excess. Which is great for me.
Very polite staff Thorough job & notice the difference
CT turned up late because of traffic at dartford but stayed until last light to clean the panels (and remove a broken one). Morning shows this to be a perfect clean (as new, 5 years lichen gone). Curteous and knowlegable, will use again.
Review posted in error works yet to carried out. I am Very impressed thus far even before works carried out I have placed an order, and I am confident will prove to be very satisfactory
Che was fantastic from start to finish. He did a brilliant job installing our solar panels and has continued to help us with any questions afterwards. Nothing has been too much trouble, and we’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to have solar installed.
I'm notorious for attracting cowboys however this was so easy and a really clean job. Che is very respectful, always stays in touch and helped me finally get my solar panels working very efficiently. He explained the best package for me for the best result. All the engineers were thorough, clean and explained everything. Pigeons no longer able to get under. I'm so happy, I'm back for another roofing job! Trust is such an important virtue. Most definitely recommend and will only use this company now for my roofing needs. Thank you.
Had our panels cleaned, they did an amazing job. Very friendly and helpful and hard working. The difference it has made is vast, our panels are now back to generating a decent amount of electricity again. Would highly recommend this company and the service they give.
Well CT Solar turned up promptly this morning and wasted no time getting on the task in hand …. Very polite, very professional and did a first class job Would highly recommend their services to anyone with Solar Panels… a word to the wise !!! Don’t leave it until your panels are terribly solid best to have them Cleaned and treated every other year That way you will always have your investment working at its optimum!!!
Highly recommend CT Solar. From the initial visit to do the survey, then quote and install the system in just a few weeks. Such a professional company, who provide a great service, friendly staff , from the scaffolding team. Installation team and electricians. And the aftercare. Brilliant.
CT Solar have just done an excellent job in cleaning our solar panels and installing rain clips (google them!). They also checked over our batteries and inverter. As a free bonus they cleaned a skylight and three Velux windows while they were on the roof. Their service was faultless. We will certainly be using them again for our future solar panel needs.
Good honest work by knowledgeable people.
CT Solar Ltd has been an absolute brilliant. I personally thanks Nick (the installer) and the other man which I did not get his name, for 5hr plus continuing non stop working till done. I also thanks Mr Thompson who follow the project personally all the way through. Big thank you and thats not enough. 5* service, short time response, very reasonable price
Came to clean my Solar Panels that I had neglected and not had cleaned in 12 years, they look amazing and the guys were excellent and friendly.
Responsive, excellent communication, competitively priced, app clearly explained and installation photos emailed as I am not at the address where the work took place. A trouble free installation and excellent service
CT services carried out a deep clean of my roof mounted solar panels yesterday. They hadn't been cleaned in some years and we're in quite a state. Che and his colleague worked with utmost professionalism. Communication from start to finish was excellent and he was also able to offer advice to optimise my solar set up going forward. I would thoroughly recommend CT services and will be in touch with them again in the future.
very professtional did great job of cleaning solar panels really pleased A+++
Fantastic! Brilliant! What else can I say about my new solar installation from CT Solar Ltd? Needless to say I am absolutely chuffed to bits! It's a bit of a scary scenario when you start looking in to having a solar system installed. Lots of companies all saying they are the best and as soon as you make that initial enquiry online you know you are going to be bombarded. Far simpler is just to contact CT Solar Ltd. Che Thompson is an utmost professional and nothing was too much trouble when it came to answering my questions and perfecting my system design. This was true both by late night phone calls and rapid responses to email and texts. You really get the feeling you dont need to worry about anything because he has it covered. From the site survey to scaffolding construction, roofing and electrical work, everything was undertaken with care and professionalism. Well done Che and CT Solar. I can't praise you enough! P.s Offering to clean out my guttering while the scaffolding was up was the cherry on the cake! What other managing director does that?!
Very professional from start to finish, highly recommend
