We stumbled across Array via Solar Sherpa. Lucy was top notch from arranging the initial consultation call, through to my many, many emails asking to run different specification components and asking about the equipment and installation process. Lionel came and carried out the site survey, was on time for the appointment and thorough in his approach. Installation was carried out by Ash and Nathan and having had an initial issue with some of the myenergi equipment, Ash was on the phone straight away to myenergi ensuring a resolution and that the system was fully and correctly operational before handover. Scott is great and was happy to help with a later enquiry (trying to set up our SEG tariff), and it's the piece of mind that Scott and team are on hand long after the installation, which is what reassured us choosing Array was the right decision. We would happily recommend Array to anyone looking into a solar and battery system and would be happy to use them again should we decide to add further battery storage or a gateway to our system.

The whole team at Array Electrics provided a brilliant service for our solar PV and battery system installation. It was a difficult project for several reasons, very high roof, heritage Swithland slate roof, 6 different mounting aspects and long cable runs. But they kept at it from dawn to dusk, even beyond, to complete the job on time and budget. The next day, in January, we generated 10kWh and look forward to five times that in summer. Well done team.

I found Array Electrics after searching numerous solar companies. At first I wasn’t certain as many other companies initially appeared significantly cheaper. However other companies very quickly started to ramp up prices from the bold advertising claims. Array Electrics were clear very quickly as to what the likely cost would be. All cost changes after that were based on my additions. I particularly liked the willingness to dive as deep as I wanted into the technical side of things and they were more than happy to share technical documentation of products they were offering which allowed me to do my own research as well. Any areas that could have affected the install or cost because they needed clarification and checking, such as the physical survey of the roof, were clearly highlighted. Install team were very efficient, friendly and progressional. I was walked through the systems and associated apps. All extra activity such as registering with the DNO and MCS were super efficient and well within expected timescales. Communication was excellent throughout. Preston and Josh were my main points of contact and were on hand at all times to keep me on track and up to speed. Install has been in place for about 4 weeks now and I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of work and performance of the system.

From the initial contact right through to the follow-up, we found Scott from Array most helpful. No pushy sales tactics, just sound advice. From paying a deposit for our solar panels and battery, it was just a couple of weeks till they were up and running. The scaffolders and installation team were excellent and we are very happy with our system. Our neighbours were impressed too, so much so that they have had their system installed by Array this week.

From getting a quote through to the installation of solar panels and a battery, the experience has been excellent. A thorough survey was conducted and the installation was done and dusted in a day. Even better, they have an excellent agreement with their scaffolding company, which meant I only had scaffolding up for three days in total. I had a couple of teething problems, neither of which was because of Array, but both times, they sorted out the issues for me and my system is working beautifully. We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Array Electrics and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very beginning, they were patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Our ABB solar inverter failed and, rather than immediately recommending an expensive replacement, Array Electrics took the time to discuss the possibility that the fault could be the AC isolator instead. They offered to attend and test the isolator first, while bringing a replacement inverter with them just in case it was needed. That approach alone could have saved us the cost and inconvenience of a second visit, and showed they were genuinely interested in finding the right solution rather than simply replacing parts. Communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed, managed to bring the appointment forward earlier than originally expected, and arrived exactly as promised. The two engineers were professional, friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with and yes, a new inverter was needed. The pricing was competitive, the workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. It's becoming increasingly rare to find companies that combine technical knowledge, honesty, good communication, and great customer service so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Array Electrics to friends, family, or anyone needing electrical or solar work carried out. A first-class service and excellent value for money.

Just had solar installed , I can honestly say from start to finish this Team are amazing, from the beginning of the journey on a Teams meeting I was so impressed with Lucy that I had to give them a shot and the whole Team came together to provide Outstanding excellence, from Lionel the surveyor, to Ash and all the electricians inc the star of the show the young apprentice who worked alongside these professionals in 32 degrees on top of a 3 storey roof for 8 hours and didn’t stop smiling. From start to finish the service was first class. Scott from Array was the first of four companies we invited to quote for the Solar panels and battery storage solution. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism. His product knowledge and straight forward friendly approach with absolutely no pressure was reassuring and by far head and shoulders above the other three. The proposal emailed later the same day was very detailed and very competitive plus Scott was on hand to answer any questions without delay. Once the order was placed things really took off. An early installation date was agreed. Scaffolding from Agile Access arrived Friday. The following Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Ashley arrived bright and early with his three guys. We were again very impressed again by the level of professionalism, everyone was just so polite and pleasant. Everything was fitted without any fuss and no mess. The installation whilst admittedly small, being just eight panels plus battery and inverter, was completed by mid afternoon. Ashley talked us both through the workings of the Fox app, checked that we were happy leaving us with the reassurance that the system is monitored and they were only a phone call away should we have any questions. The guys from Agile Access arrived early Thursday to take the scaffolding down. So, scaffolding up Friday installation on Tuesday scaffolding down Thursday. Less than a week, including a bank holiday. All documentation to enable grid export was provided promptly. To say we are impressed is an understatement. At every stage everyone did what they said they'd do. We urge anyone considering a solar solution to contact Array Electrics. Based on our experience you will not be disappointed.

I was impressed by Array from the get go - they were quick to respond to any questions and the online meetings were an excellent way to agree the best way forward. My designer, Lucy, was fantastic and ran lots of different models so I could clearly see the best configuration for my house and make an informed decision. They were very knowledgeable about the different brands and carefully considered my budget to find the most economically efficient option. Survey and install team were on time and efficient and did a great job. The after care has also been amazing. We have been delighted with the results!

Outstanding company from start to finish. Firstly Lucy who adapted the quote as the plan developed, never complaining at the changes we were asking for. Then the installation. This was a big installation and due to our constraints had to completed in a strict time limit. Ashley and the team went above and beyond to make sure it happened. Post installation support has also been outstanding, we had one issue, fixed very quickly. I cannot recommend Array Electrics highly enough and finally, with our electricity bill down from £300 to 23 pence last month, the system as designed has done everything we wanted and more at a time when due to events in the Middle East energy costs are rising. From first enquiry through to installation and commissioning of our solar system, Array Electrics have been excellent. Navigating the world of solar power generation and home installation can be daunting – there are a lot of companies out there offering their services and it can be very difficult to both understand and compare the options available. Array Electrics was recommended to us by Solar Sherpas - a wonderful independent resource offering lots of helpful tips and advice. Array Electrics stood out from the other companies we received quotes from for a number of reasons. First, responsiveness and attention to detail: Lucy and Scott were brilliant at quickly explaining what we needed to think about, how to best configure our system, and providing all the information we needed in a timely fashion. Second, quality of workmanship: the team installing the equipment were excellent - clean, friendly, understanding, and obviously very good at what they do! It was all completed in a day and the scaffolding was gone within a few days. Thirdly, customer support: upon completion of the work, both Lucy and Scott kept in touch to make sure that we fully understood how to get the most out of our system, including registering for payment for power sent back to the grid – they genuinely care about customer service. To summarise, Array Electrics made the whole process of getting a solar system installed painless – in our view they are consummate professionals that can be trusted and we would strongly recommend them to anybody thinking about going down the road of installing home solar generation.

Had a system fitted 2-3 years ago and was hugely impressed with the company, work and staff then. I’ve had an issue with the phone monitoring system this evening, which was probably caused by something I’ve done incorrectly. Array’s response for my message, pleading for assistance has been an immediate reply back to assure me that they’ve checked the system and it’s all working OK and they will get someone to call me tomorrow, with the added assurance that it shouldn’t be a problem to sort out. (the phone app) Now thats what I call outstanding customer care and after sales service, brilliant and reassuring.

We are really pleased with the service from Array Electric. The advice we received was clear, honest, and very professional, with multiple design options provided to help us see the differences in layout and equipment. The installation itself was tidy and well organised, and the scaffolding company they worked with were polite and very respectful of our home. This company was extremely professional and helpful, without any pushy sales tactics. Lucy assisted with my installation from the initial consultation to final handover and followed up with an aftercare call and assistance thereafter with the MPAN export application. I found Lucy, extremely professional and knowledgeable to assist with the reviewing of my previous quotation, she gave me an alternative solutions tailored to my specific requirements such as a flat roof installation with optimisers and heated storage battery. The installation team were a team of 5 and this was installed and commissioned in one day. This company is highly recommended. It is easy to fall foul of cheaper all-in packages, as advertised on social media and exhibitions. You’re definitely in safe hands with Array Electrics. Very happy with this company. Had solar panels installed by another company, which then stopped trading. Array Electrics came to my rescue. Did a complete survey and health check of the system and installed bird protection system which the other company had not even advised. I was very happy with the service from Array Electrics and got them to install a battery. We approached Scott for some advice on approximate costs of electrical house repairs prior to considering a house purchase. Scott was under no obligation to get back to us given that we weren't a paying customer at this stage. From the initial discussions, I was very confident I had made a good choice. Scott isn't just a sales person, he actively shows you data discusses all the scenarios and he also has his own solar setup. After the planning and I felt this was an excellent choice. And after the installation I was totally satisfied and felt I received the deal I had expected. The guys completing the installation were friendly, experienced and very hard working. Array Electrical were one of four companies requested to provide a quote for the installation of a solar and battery system. From the beginning they were good to deal with, listening to our needs and giving straightforward answers to any questions. Their quote was easy to understand and very competitive. The competitive quote and that they don't try to sell you 'their system' (as the Nationals do) made it a no brainer to go with them. The installation and commissioning took 7 hours and went without a hitch. The standard of work was excellent throughout, and the team were considerate of their surroundings and the property. Everything was tided up and swept clean on completion. All necessary documents were submitted very quickly after commissioning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Array Electrics for solar or any other electrical work.

It was a large job and we had 198 Solar panels installed on our warehouse roof. quick, efficient, and it all went to plan with no problems, we were unaffected in our daily operations and we are now reaping the rewards of clean, green solar energy. Firstly amazing team, I initial went with eon solar but needed a more competitive system. I would have paid a hell of a lot more just because of the personal treatment, professionalism and courtesy of the team. Strong communication on site and off, phenomenal designs and recommendations as well as I know that if there were maintenance scenarios they would follow it up. The hard part of navigating the building to install the solar was managed seamlessly as well as the walk through of the app. As a customer that is picky, annoying and particular they provided no irks or issues. Did my roofs with 14 panels on one and 4 on another about a year ago. They were tidy and efficient and worked really hard - not even stopping for a lunch break. The scaffolding went up the day before, the work was done in a day and the scaffolding was gone the following day. A year on and we've had no problems whatsoever with any of it and the actual yield is on par with the quote.
