We recently had Dale, Milo and Callum carry out various electrical work around the house including installation of plug sockets, replacing an extractor fan, light fixtures and a new consumer unit. The work was completed to a high standard and the guys are friendly, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Dale and his team recently did a job installing a new consumer unit and multiple new sockets and switches throughout my home, this involved chasing into walls for some new connection points. Dale is friendly but very professional in his approach and from my experience he is an extremely competent electrician. In terms of the job itself, Dale and his colleagues were reliable, hard working and delivered exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend.

This company undertook a complete rewire on our 1960’s property. The electricians were polite, friendly, very competent, professional and trustworthy. They kept us informed at every step of the way and turned up when they said they would. All in all a very good and professional job. I would highly recommend this company.

Emailed Dale this morning as having an issue with my son's bathroom ceiling fan. Dale emailed back and offered to come out the same day. The boys come out to help at a time of real crisis, 5 days before Christmas with no oven due to a faulty plug socket following a silly mistake involving spilt Prosecco. We have recently purchased a house and requested for Dale Electrical Services to come out and take a look to make sure everything was in working order. They fitted a new fuse box as it was required, checked through our lighting and were able to tell us which lights were earthed and changed the fittings to safe plastic fittings on the ones that weren't (which saved us a lot of money on a full rewire). They fitted 2 wired in smoke detectors and also had a look at our shower as we found it wasn't working after we moved in. The 2 lads who done the work were absolutely fab, very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail as they went along. As a plus they also cleaned up behind themselves and put everything back in working order (we couldn't tell that they lifted the floorboards in the spare room to fit the smoke detectors and they even hoovered our stairs!). I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all our electrical work in future.

I phoned in the morning, and they came early that afternoon. Two young men, who were extremely pleasant and helpful. They carried out the work quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend DES.

I called Dale in an emergency when our boiler stopped working, appearing to have no power to the controller or the boiler itself. I left a message, to which he responded within about 10 minutes, and he turned up within another three! (To be fair, he was around the corner finishing off another job, but it was still remarkable service!) He investigated and diagnosed the problem very quickly and had rectified the issue in around twenty minutes. I’m really very impressed, and very grateful that he has rescued our Christmas!

We have used this business twice now. Great service couldn't do enough for us. First time installed a new light fitting and were also able to replace the light switch. Second time I neglected to say the fitting was a fan. They were very honest and said this would take longer than they had and booked me straight back in for the earliest date they had. They are very friendly and will do what they say when they say they will for a good price. Can't ask any more than that! Will book again.

Dale and his team recently installed a EV Charger for us. He came out within 24hrs to provide a quote and completed the work at short notice. The job was complex needing ground works which other companies had turned down. This was not a problem for Dale. All work done was of high quality. After completing the work he has been quick to respond when I had a query. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Fiddly job of upgrading recessed kitchen ceiling spot lights was completed professionally. Within days of accepting Dale's quote the job was done, the work area was cleaned through and spotlessly clean when they left. Really genuine chap and friendly workmen. Have already recommended to others.

From rewiring, to installing an new extractor fan, to a new consumer unit and 'doing good' work that was either not done or done badly by the previous electrician. Incredibly happy with the work completed by Dale and his team. Needed a complete house rewire and they made it as smooth journey as possible, we did experience some Covid related delays along the way but Dale kept me in the loop every step of the way keeping my confidence in his work. Had a light that was not working, Dale didn't give up until he had found the fault and fixed it (which included a couple of trips into the attic and the removal of a few lights!) Will definitely recommend and be using his services again.

Had an issue with a faukty strip light at the nursery that my husband and I volunteer at. Contacted Dale and he was able to come and view the job straight away. Parts were ordered and Dale arranged quickly to come back and replace the faulty light and wiring. Great job, neat and timely. Overall a brilliant service and will certainly use again.

Came at short notice to correct a fault on a socket for central heating timer. Used them before, always excellent service and honest with pricing and never persuade you to have work done that isn't required. We would highly recommend them.

I recently moved into a new home and needed some electrical work carried out. As with most people I was wondering what manner of service I could look to. In choosing Dale Electrical Services I chose a 100% quality, professional service. From the first meeting I had the feeling I had found someone who would provide a professional ethic. Date and time of appointment was spot on and the timeframe Dale stated was also spot on. All work carried out by Dale and Rhys was professional and Dale would offer information as to how the job was going and explaining what the work entailed. During the work being carried out issues were found with previous electrical work that had been carried out. As a standard of his professionalism Dale completed 'repairing' the previous 'cowboy work' [my words not Dale's]but made no unprofessional comments as to the poor standard of a previous electrician. [if one did carry out that work) All work was carried out to what I consider a very high standard. Work carried out was not disruptive and on completion my home was left clean and tidy. I've always used Dale when I needed electrical work done. He has installed light fittings, new wall sockets and the installation of a NEST heating system for me. His work is first class, his prices are reasonable and he has a very professional but friendly attitude. Highly Recommended.

My boiler decided to give up on me..no heating or hot water. I called my insurance company, they wouldn't carry out the work until there was fixed lighting installed in my attic...I rang Dale tuesday night he said he'd call by on wednesday to have a look.
