Dean responded quickly to an online enquiry. It was only a small job this time but he investigated, identified and fixed the problem in no time at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the issue and how it was resolved. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Dean in the future for any electrical work.

Dean very promptly attended my elderly father to identify why his fuse box was tripping. He was very friendly and professional and promptly identified the issue and made arrangements for the relevant contractor to attend and resolve the boiler issue. He went above and beyond to ensure Father heating was restored ahead of extreme freezing weather. Highly recommended.

Dean was very helpful and organised the installation of our new induction hob, which required a gas engineer and a carpenter as well as himself as the electrician on the same day. They did a very thorough job and Dean explained was being been done as the job progressed. All work was very neat and tidy as well.

Dean very kindly went out to replace my 96 year old father's cooker socket yesterday at short notice. He did a very good job at reasonable price and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Total life saviour. We phoned Dean as we had an electrical outage affecting our boiler and fridge/freezer. He answered the phone straightaway, was with us within 15 minutes and had identified and fixed the fault within an hour. Thoroughly nice guy, very professional and reasonable rate.

I asked Dan to come out to quote for a phone upstairs for my mum who had recently come out of hospital. He was very punctual and it turned out I only needed to buy a wireless phone so his services weren’t needed. He didn’t charge me a penny even though I tried to insist. I now have his number in my phone as I consider him to be reliable, trustworthy and a very honest and decent guy!

Needed a cooker switch fitting and a socket moving as part of a kitchen renovation. Dean quoted and did the work really quickly. The price was also excellent. It can be hard to find someone to do these small jobs so I was really grateful that Dean was able to.

I normally choose professionals by word of mouth, but struck lucky on line this time. Dean dealt with a variety of electrical issues - the most important being a safety-check of wiring in the loft. He also 'restored' a fire, which now works much better and more brightly than before. His general approach - friendly and informative, but un-patronising, was appreciated too. His fee for quite a long visit was more than fair, so I'll not only call on him again in the future, but happily recommend him to a friend. Just an update, December 4th, 2020. A fault in an old kettle sent the whole system went down (no lighting, heating, anything) on a cold dark morning. but Dean responded to the alarm call swiftly - and soon put matters to rights.

Dean and his team were awesome! They were brilliantly organised and had a real passion for what they do. Everything that they did for us was done to perfection. We had new outside lights, switches, plugs, outside sockets, electrics for all of our kitchen appliances (as we were having a new kitchen fitted), spot lights and work done to tidy up some of the mess left from the previous owner of the house.
