Thank you so much to Stef who came out from Bright Light Electrical Solutions. He was an absolute life saver, came and sorted all of the issues I was having with my electrics as well as faults I didn’t even know about until he checked. As well as great service he was super friendly and explained everything that he had done. I can’t thank him enough !!!

Fitted my home charger for me and set the app up as well. Brilliant service and great staff. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again in the future. Thanks again !!!!

Gareth and his team; Stef and Carlo have done an excellent job of installing our new EV charging point; providing a five star service, taking care of everything. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing invaluable advice and guidance from beginning to end. Their quality of work is impeccable; during the installation every effort was made to keep disruption to the household to a minimum and when it was completed the installation was neat and tidy and everything was done with an eye for detail. I would always be happy to recommend them in future.

As we have used Stef and Bright Light Electrical Solutions previously, I thought I would use them for further electrical works. There service and professionalism is second to none. I am really impressed with the advise and completed work and I would definitely use them again & I would definitely recommend Bright Light to anyone. Fantastic guys.

Josh and his collegue(sorry I did'nt ask his name) came over to fix my air vent. They were very professional yet friendly and chatty. They did a very good job and cleaned the mess. I said they could leave it and I will get it all cleaned up but Josh insisted and said "they don'nt leave a mess". I'm happy with the job well done and will recommend BLES anytime and Josh as well.

Used Bright Light Electrical Solutions, several times now over the years, wouldn't use any one else, always turn up when they say they will, excellent knowledge and workmanship, always leave the job clean and tidy and competitevely priced yet again thanks guys 😊

Highly recommended Electricians. Stef, his brother and colleagues have all visited my home over the years to install new sockets, conduct electrical maintenance and install lights, thermostat’s & smoke alarms. All done to a high quality with first class customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good and quick service. Josh made it professional way he can. I very happy with the outcome results.

Very friendly, the work was carried out fast and efficiently. Also very happy with the work that was completed

These guys carried out a fixed wiring test on our house as well as fixing a broken double socket. They were fantastic from start to finish and I couldn't fault them. We've been looking for reliable electricians for a while and I think we found them.

Thank you very much Josh for a great job whell done

Had josh come out today to change some of my lights, smoke alarm and power socket in my bedroom good person really talkative and really resourceful in telling me information about my smoke alarm for future which was really great

What a wonderful company! Professional, personable and honest. Would highly recommend, and make sure you have tea and biscuits at the ready (hehe) 😊

Josh attended to complete the EICR in my home last week. I was called half an hour before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way, i was just finishing up at work which gave me time to get back. When i arrived home, Josh had arrived before me but did not get out of his van straight away, he waited for around 5 minutes to allow myself to get in the house without rushing - which i thought was really helpful and considerate! When Josh was inside my home he treated it with respect, he was polite, chatty and made me feel at ease. Josh explained everything he was doing throughout, answered all the questions i had and explained potential next steps. Thanks to Josh for being so understanding about my anxieties of having someone new in my home, i was able to feel completely relaxed. I did not feel intimidated or on edge at any point in time … i would definately recommend to anyone, especially any females who get anxious too! Great service and great people skills! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an EICR today and a contractor named Josh attended. Very professional and helpful. They provided a call with an hour notice so I could still go about my day until the visit. Was friendly which made me feel more at ease being home alone. And even explained throughout the process so I understood what was happening and any works that may come up. Was also respectful of the house and personal items when completing the report. Thank you

Had our cooker electrics installed with Bright lights 10yr or so ago. Had builders in recently and new cooker only to find out that Bright lights had wired cooker into the Ring main so totally uncertifiable work with no isolation, and creating a fire hazard for my family for the last 10yrs. Paid cash in good faith and when asked for certicate of conformity they told me they’d drop it in the postbox as they lived local. Shiny vans, looks proffessional but wouldn’t trust em as far as i can spit. Absolute chancers! beware.

Top work second to none and even offered to hoover for us after! which is rare in this industry. Carlo was very approachable and efficient his people skills are top notch, which was refreshing to see. From survey to completion it's all been seamless, the are communicative, on time and dependable and accommodate your issues. Could not recommend this company enough. Thanks again

Superb service from start to finish. I required an EV charger as I had a call stating my car was coming earlier than expected. The guys were great and did a superb job, very neat and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using again.

Fabulous service from this company have used them for many years, highly recommend them to anyone, trustworthy reliable and fairly priced.

Wouldn’t use anyone else! Best electricians out there.

Carlo and Josh were polite and professional. They changed my kitchen extractor fan and did such a tidy job! Very happy customer.

The electrician (Stef) the company send was excellent. He called straight away to assess the problem and gave straight advice over the telephone. When the problem was identified, he made sure the necessary replacement part was ordered straight away and got it installed immediately, which was Godsend given the streak of bad weather we are having. Communication was 5 stars, assistance 5 stars and services rendered was 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Had 3 storage heaters fitted. These guys were super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the equipment being fitted. Very friendly. The work carried out was done without leaving any mess and was completed in the time frame they had quoted. Would highly recommend using Bright Light Electrical Solutions LTD. Cheers 👍🏼

Stefan was recommended to us by M&I retailers as our electrician was on holiday. We needed new wiring to accommodate an induction hob. We are delighted with the work completed. Stefan discussed all the options available to us and despite having to have wiring rerouted under floorboards to reach the kitchen the work was done superbly well with no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend this electrician.

We have a Hair and Beauty Salon in Sutton Coldfield. We would only trust Bright Light Electrical to maintain and safety check our premises. Professional and reliable.

Great guys, fitted a bathroom extractor fan, moved shower wiring, and installed a new loft light. Clear communication, pleasant people, easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Arrived on time and cleaned up all their mess. Faultless service. I would personally highly recommend these guys.

Excellent electricians, reliable, friendly and extremely competent. To be recommended.

We have had work done by Bright Light previously so when we needed something else doing we went back to them. We had an EV charger and additional sockets fitted in the garage. Stefano is very knowledgeable, and gives advice and discusses what will need to be done. All work was carried out in a professional manner and looks so neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Bright Light to anyone wanting electrical work done. A great customer experience from start to finish.

Quick and efficient response every time. Ideal for a property management company

Had them around to replace a few lights, power points and a few other things. Quick and efficient service as well as being really friendly. I would absolutely recommend.

Stef is absolute genius! My friend moved house and on the first evening realised that half of the lights don't work. Even though it was late in the evening Steff was there to help out with the dodgy fuse box. Couldn't recoment enough! Fast and reliable!

Cannot fault their service. I use Bright Light for both my personal electric work along with using them for business purposes (I run a letting agent) and they are prompt, reliable and a nice bunch of lads.
