Ric’s been with us for a couple weeks to do electrical work inside and outside of our 3 bed 1950s property, rewiring, new fuse box, chasing wires, changing light fixtures, adding fixtures and new sockets. He’s been extremely professional throughout, easy to communicate with, giving us regular updates, planned his work around my work schedule and kept our home tidy. RD Electrical (Riccardo) was fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I purchased a 1930s semi detached home and soon discovered it needed a complete rewire. We also decided to move the electrics and at the same time, we were also planning a kitchen diner knock through. Both projects ran concurrently, and Ric managed them seamlessly explaining each step so we could make the best decisions at the time. His workmanship was top-notch, and his professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ric for any home or renovation project. If we need any electrical work in the future, he’ll be the first person we call.
Very communicative, well priced and good work. Ric came to replace a garage isolation switch for us. He responded to our quote request on the same day with a clear price and his availability. Did very tidy job and checked on the garage before he left to confirm everything was working and earthed correctly. I'm sure we'll be asking Ric to come back to update a few more items on the house.

Rick did an amazing job searching for a connection that kept tripping out. It didn't take him long to find the problem and fix it. It's very hard to find a good electrician, Rick is polite and very helpful, great at his work, and an excellent electrician. As we all know finding a good electrician is difficult, not mentioning finding a fantastic electrician who tick every box is next to zero. Plus any customer irrespective of their wealth, wish to hire an electrician who is reliable, professional, trustworthy, friendly and more importantly do a great work with a reasonable cost. In my experience, Ric was all above, he ticked all the boxes require for a great electrician and more. From the start point of contact (calling RD Electrical SW) until the work completed, the experience was First Class. The job required wiring to be hiding inside the wall, so I was expecting nothing less than several holes on the wall with another cost for decoration, but the job completed with a minor hole which was require a small piece of paint, (he even filled the hole). I could not believe how great and fantastic the finish work was.
Ric provided us with a great service. He carried out an electrical safety test and fitted two extractor fans. His work is of high quality, his prices are competitive, and he is a good communicator, offering sound advice on how to meet our needs. We will certainly use his services again.

We asked Ric to come and switch out our consumer unit, also testing and certifying the system. He was kind enough to fit us in on very short notice which was really helpful for our renovation project. He was very responsive and professional, clearly explaining/querying any issues. I needed an emergency electrician in Bristol to do a safety inspection of my flat, following a bad leak. I tried half a dozen companies and Ric was the only one who got back to me quickly and could do the work the next day.
