We rung them on a Monday to book an electrician for the next day at our Pharmacy. I told them it was urgent. The person on the phone said okay. Nobody turned up so I gave them a call to find out what was happening. I was told that the driver would be contacted to check whether he was coming today or not. Nobody called me back with an update so I called back again later and was told that he would not be coming and that he tried to phone the Pharmacy (he didn't). So they told me he would come the next day, Wednesday. Almost exactly, the same thing happened as the day previously. Each time the person on the phone was telling me that the electrician would be coming. Not sure why they wouldn't tell the truth. Caused a huge inconvenience and delay in the dispensary and it being a Pharmacy we could not do certain tasks for our patients that needed to be done due to it being unsafe without lighting.
