Great service all round! We had a gas hob replaced with an induction hob and a new extractor fan installed, as well as some general electrical repairs left over from other jobs. Had a very helpful phone call with Jason in advance of the work to decide on the details (and recommend other tradespeople for other work that needed doing first). All work was completed exactly as agreed, with excellent attention to detail. With the fan ducting this wasn't the easiest job but Jason found solutions to any issues that came up. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end, would thoroughly recommend.

Jason came to my Mum’s house 27/12/25 he was fantastic, arrive on time and was very polite, efficient and tidy. He fitted a new ceiling rose and switch. He explained everything clearly and was honest in his assessment with the fault. He made my Mum feel at ease with the safety aspect and did all relevant checks. I am completely satisfied with the work done by Jason and his colleagues at Fairway Electrical. The company was easy to contact and the admin system made setting up appointments, to get a quote and to get the work done, very easy. Even down to receiving a text when they were on the way. The quote was easy to understand, with nothing missing. They liaised very well with plumber and tiler involved. Allowing for the fact that part of the job was happening in half term week, which I was told would happen, everything was completed very promptly. Excellent company. Totally professional in all aspects of the booking of appointments, quote and invoicing procedures and yet also provides a really personal service. I first contacted Jason when I was abroad and needed an urgent job doing on a rental property. Jason took the time to contact my tenant and talk through the problem with him which ended up resolving the issue - all without charge! As a result, I've since used Fairway for a few jobs which have been really well done and I'll continue to use Fairway in the future. Exceptional service in every respect. Came very promptly to give us a quote for the work and gave us clear and good advice (solving some problems which we were unsure would have a solution!). All the work done was very neat and carefully carried out. Jason is very well organised in his work and gave us total confidence in his skills. Our experience with Jason was spectacular. The job was to run a new high amp feed to our kitchen cooker, and found where the kitchen ring main had split. He got both jobs done no problem, was courteous, and so clean when I returned from work I wondered if he had even done the job at all! Very bad experience (work on HMO) Instead of changing emergency lights, he washes them and charges you over £500 for new ones! If I didn't refer his job to NAPIT, he would never do the work, yet he passed the invoice with the work he hasn't done to collection agency (?!?) After my complaint to NAPIT, NAPIT made him do the work but it was done a month after the invoice for 'completed' work was issued!!! He doesn't understand the electric requirements for HMO either and makes things up as he goes. You'll end up having to find a competent company and paying double if you use him. I strongly recommend using a proper company to start with. I feel I need to warn others so here is my review (I don't normally leave reviews). Fingers crossed it'll help someone. 0 out of 5 if it was an option
