I would like to thank Craig and his team for resolving several electrical issues in our home. The main task was to replace all the lighting in and underneath our kitchen units, but I wasn't sure where to start. After a quick conversation with Craig, I sent over a video of the work, and he reassured me, saying there was no problem and that they would sort everything out. Additionally, we had other electrical concerns, including a plug socket I had wired in, a malfunctioning dimmer switch, and a dead extractor fan. None of these issues were a problem. The job was booked efficiently, and the day before, Nick called to discuss our lighting preferences (warm or cool) and explained what they would supply and fit. On the day of the installation, Craig and Nick arrived promptly and worked calmly and professionally. From start to finish, I was very impressed with EMC Electrical. They proactive approach is a breath of fresh air, they replaced spotlights with LED versions, they recommended a particular type of extractor fan and bonus points, as it looks very smart. Throughout the process, they maintained a tidy workspace and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig and his team for any electrical work.

One of your engineers, Jason O’Brien , has been working at this address over the last 3 days modernising the electrical supply/ connectors etc. I want to say that his work was very professional and that he was able to clearly explain why the work was necessary. I couldn’t have had a nicer experience so far. The two jobs have been easy to organise through WhatsApp and the two electricians (Jason and Nick) have been superb. They’ve both been really knowledgable, friendly, careful and professional. The jobs have been done to a high standard, with proper testing and clean up afterwards. Very pleased with both the service received and standard/quality of work. We had a lingering issue following a rewire with another company (who we did not wish to approach again). EMC were very understanding and managed to schedule me in despite being very busy. Issue was identified and fixed in the same visit, with helpful and friendly explanation of how the issue occurred and how it would be fixed. Communication with the office was clear and easy, with options to call, text or email. Costs were explained up front with no surprises afterwards. Living in a house that is over 100 years old comes with its electrical challenges . I was thoroughly impressed by the full pre inspection and safety checks carried out before and after the work, and I can rest easy knowing this work comes with a 3 year guarantee and is fully certified. The guys did a quick, thorough job and left me with a full working utility meaning I could get on with that mountain of washing that was pilling up.
