EMC Electrical Group Ltd

I needed a fire alarm replacing that was constantly bleeping and driving me round the bend. EMC came out quickly and replaced the faulty fire alarm with a better version, and I was happy with the amount I was charged. Also excellent customer service. Thankyou

One of the best electrical companies we’ve worked with over the years. They’re incredibly responsive, proactive, and always do their best to attend to our jobs as quickly as possible. Communication is excellent and they’re an absolute pleasure to deal with - which makes a huge difference when managing multiple properties. Highly recommended. Chloe Brunel Stays

I would like to thank Craig and his team for resolving several electrical issues in our home. The main task was to replace all the lighting in and underneath our kitchen units, but I wasn't sure where to start. After a quick conversation with Craig, I sent over a video of the work, and he reassured me, saying there was no problem and that they would sort everything out. Additionally, we had other electrical concerns, including a plug socket I had wired in, a malfunctioning dimmer switch, and a dead extractor fan. None of these issues were a problem. The job was booked efficiently, and the day before, Nick called to discuss our lighting preferences (warm or cool) and explained what they would supply and fit. On the day of the installation, Craig and Nick arrived promptly and worked calmly and professionally. From start to finish, I was very impressed with EMC Electrical. They proactive approach is a breath of fresh air, they replaced spotlights with LED versions, they recommended a particular type of extractor fan and bonus points, as it looks very smart. Throughout the process, they maintained a tidy workspace and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig and his team for any electrical work.

One of your engineers, Jason O’Brien , has been working at this address over the last 3 days modernising the electrical supply/ connectors etc. I want to say that his work was very professional and that he was able to clearly explain why the work was necessary. He was very polite and kind to us . I am a retired electronics technician myself and know real skill when I see it. Thank you Jason !

Excellent service and in a timely manner. friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend EMC Electrical Group

Craig and Nick (and the rest of the team) are incredibly professional, knowledgable and patient. They have done multiple jobs for us - some installations spanning over the whole site, and have helped with smaller items as well. They are reliable & easy to contact - absolutely top tier!

Craig and the team are great! Very thorough, very professional and helpful! Definitely recommend

I couldn’t have had a nicer experience so far. The two jobs have been easy to organise through WhatsApp and the two electricians (Jason and Nick) have been superb. They’ve both been really knowledgable, friendly, careful and professional. The jobs have been done to a high standard, with proper testing and clean up afterwards. Jason even collected the cardboard together in one box to make our recycling easier. Thank you to the EMC team!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with EMC Electrical for the past 3 years, and they’ve been an invaluable partner. Punctual, reliable, great communication, fantastic work ethics, cannot recommend highly enough, won't use any other company because they go above and beyond

We've used EMC Electrical Group twice now and been thoroughly satisfied both times. Work was completed to a high standard, all costs communicated clearly beforehand and everything was left tidy after the work was finished. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with both the service received and standard/quality of work. I needed some replacement lighting installed in a rental property and the team arrived on time, worked hard as a team and kept the area tidy. All electricians are expensive but I strongly believe I had value for the money I paid. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable, Professional, and Consistently Excellent! I’ve used EMC Electrical Group for multiple electrical jobs over the years, and every single time, they have delivered outstanding service. From smaller repairs to larger installations, they’ve always been professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough in their work. What I appreciate most is their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They take the time to explain things clearly, ensuring I understand the work being done, and they always leave everything neat and tidy. It’s rare to find a team so reliable and dedicated to quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for electrical work—EMC Electrical Group is a company you can truly trust! Highly recommended

We have used EMC several times now, both personally and for the business and on every occasion the customer service and quality of work has been impeccable. Whether it was fitting a new light and socket in the loft, installing our EV charger or carrying out PAT testing for work they were always excellent, without fail. I do not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends as I know that they will be in safe hands.

Great service from Jason and Simon who installed electric radiators for me. On time, very polite, respectful and stayed until the job was done. Left no mess at all. Highly recommend EMC

Excellent service from EMC Electrical Group. Efficient friendly and trustworthy

Thanks very much to EMC for there prompt response and professionalism, replacing a distribution board and two additional circuit to our kitchen. We also had fitted new smoke and CO detectors.

EMC Electrical Group has worked with us and our clients for over a year now. Craig and the team are always very knowledgeable and focused on electrical safety whilst bringing together the electrical installation work for our clients. I have found the team to be polite, professional, and attentive when carrying out any work from planned to reactive works. I have no hesitation in recommending EMC to anyone looking for an electrician you can trust.

EMC have been a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding a reliable electrical and building company. From initial quote to job complication I have felt listened to, valued and respected. Over the years I have been shocked at the standard of work and price some companies charge, then if there's an issue, given excuses and have had to correct issues myself or employ someone else to finish what should have been done. But not with EMC, at every stage the quality of work and professionalism shines through. So grateful to have found them, just wish I had their details when I did my first remodel.

I contacted EMC Electrical group regarding a property that I rent out, their electrics kept on tripping. I contacted 2 other electrician's before I was recommend Craig from EMC, from the moment I contacted Craig communication was great (I was still waiting to hear back from the other 2!), EMC informed me of the process and the time scales. I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend Craig and his team if you are looking for someone reliable, efficient and communicates well.

This company is very professional good value for money. Thoroughly recommend them for any work you need doing can’t thank them enough.

Excellent to work with. Amazing Comms. Worked to a tight deadline.

After a fault caused by some poor quality work by our cooker supplier's installer, EMC sent an engineer out to replace the supply cable, they turned up on time and had the job completed and everything back in place swiftly and with no fuss at all, would definitely recommend

Great service and a good eye for detail

Fantastic work by EMC. Great communication and very efficient service. Work carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

We had a lingering issue following a rewire with another company (who we did not wish to approach again). EMC were very understanding and managed to schedule me in despite being very busy. Issue was identified and fixed in the same visit, with helpful and friendly explanation of how the issue occurred and how it would be fixed. Communication with the office was clear and easy, with options to call, text or email. Costs were explained up front with no surprises afterwards. We will definitely be returning to EMC for future works, thank you.

“I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that Craig and the team at EMC did a really great job on wiring up my utility room. Living in a house that is over 100 years old comes with its electrical challenges . I was thoroughly impressed by the full pre inspection and safety checks carried out before and after the work, and I can rest easy knowing this work comes with a 3 year guarantee and is fully certified. The guys did a quick, thorough job and left me with a full working utility meaning I could get on with that mountain of washing that was pilling up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig and the team at EMC . They did a great job , 5 Stars, Would highly recommend

Would give 10 stars if I could. I use EMC FM Limited for works on my own properties and client landlords properties and highly recommend them. Responsive and professional. Highly recommend.
