He arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed everything to a very high standard. The installation was carried out professionally and neatly, and he made sure everything was tested and working correctly before leaving. Great service on the phone, managed to get someone out on the same day. Fitted 3 lights and a switch. Great service. was unable to test all the lights while electrician was here. Tested the lights to only find one bulb not working (faulty fitting and nothing to do with the electrician). Steve came back same day and fix the fitting free of charge. Great service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again in future.

Austin did a great job despite it not panning out as originally planned. He tried every which way to make the original plan work but hit a brick wall (or joist🤣🤣🤣) no matter how hard he tried. Shaun come out to check my electrics after the purchase of a house, he was very knowledgable and friendly, and the job was completed within a couple of days of me calling to book someone in and included a return visit for some more work, which was identified during the check. I highly recommend the company and Shaun and will use again in the future if needed.
Secured a job at an upfront high cost £238. Was promised a full report of the issues to claim from my insurance company. I had to chase this and all they sent was one line (poorly written and ambiguous) in an electrical certificate. No photos as promised by the electricians, no details of issue. My insurance company refused to compensate on the basis of the report being so vague. Jamie, lead electrician instead of just providing a report dug his heels in saying they aren’t held to the demands of the insurance company despite what I’d been promised. I’m stuck between two unhelpful companies. Electrician did sort the problem so was grateful for that but don’t use if you want any follow up support with these sorts of issues. Jamie Parry-Williams was wholly unhelpful despite me pointing out what a basic ask it was to have a few lines just detailing what they actually found. Ludicrous to have left me with this issue and doesn’t do their company justice.

Excellent service. Shaun responded very quickly to an early morning call out to test a possible faulty kitchen appliance. He was able to quickly test the units and reassure. He was clear about potential future safety issues and next steps if we chose to take them. Highly recommend, especially in an emergency, which is what we thought we were in..five stars

Shaun visted today, quickly identified fault and resolution. Very clear and precise with his explanation. I do need a follow up visit to finalise repair but I have zero hesitations that the work will be top notch as per todays visit.

Very disappointed with this service. The technician arrived without the correct tools for the job I'd discussed to be done over the phone therefore they did not complete the work they said they would, left the job early. I paid for 2hrs of work and got less and an hours worth of work done. When I raised these issues and tried to get them resolved, I was ignored instead of being offered a solution or follow-up. This showed a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for my time. I would not recommend based on this experience.

DO NOT BOOK IF LOOKING TO GET A REPAIR ON YOUR ELECTRIC SHOWER! Given the general 5 star reviews, I'd had high hopes. They promised to attempt to fix my shower and, if that wasn't possible, fit a replacement (with the initial cost covering all labour, but with an additional cost for the new shower unit, if needed). They took my payment of £203 (inc. VAT) upfront and booked me in for a 7.30-8am slot the following week. I rearranged my work diary and forwent my morning to be available. When no one turned up, I rang and was told my electrician was running behind on another job but that they would arrive by 11am at the latest. No one turned up until ~1pm, explaining to me that they'd booked the morning off and had asked the office to inform/rearrange with customers. After looking at the shower for a couple of minutes (at most) they said the only thing they could tell me is whether electricity was going in and out of the shower - obvious to all, as the lights had been flashing - but that they had no expertise in fixing showers. As such, the only option they could offer was to put in a new shower. I rang the office and, by chance, got through to the CEO. I explained my frustration with the service. After a tense and difficult conversation in which I had to really stand my ground.. to their credit they did agree to refund me £150 (which is why I'm giving them two stars, instead of one). I later discovered that to get a repair on a shower - unless it's clearly an issue with the mains electricity or the plumbing (in which case you'd need a plumber) - you need to go direct to the manufacturer to see if they offer a repair service. Assured Electricians (and other electricians) should be upfront that they simply don't have the expertise to fix showers and instead direct prospective customers to check with the shower manufacturers first, rather than take people's money under false pretences.
Had a small issue with water getring in and My engineer Shaun was brilliant. Did what wanted to be done and left a very tidy job

Kris came to do a fault test and did a brilliant job. He was really focused on finding the cause and when he finished, he was kind enough to disconnect an old inactive burglar alarm system that was still wired in. He even removed the alarm from the walls for me. He went above and beyond. I've moved to Wales very recently and bought a very old house with lots of little issues and this is the second time I've used Assured. Dean on the booking line sets a great friendly and professional tone too. It's hard to trust checker trade and other trade sites, especially as a woman on my own. I'm glad I found a reliable company to trust for all my electrical jobs in the future.
