Excellent electricians and super service! Brad was really helpful, quick, professional, and so friendly. I didn't know this company so I was a little cautious, but there was no need as the whole experience was just perfect. He answered my enquiry instantly, offered to come on the weekend, then did the job quicker than expected. Very reasonably priced too. He very kindly explained the work to me and did it in such a way as to make it easier in the future. He was very tidy and unobtrusive then sent a receipt instantly after the job was completed. These good reviews for BKA are completely justified; Brad is a great guy and I'd recommend him anytime.

Brad came out the same day for an emergency call out at our house in Brighton after the electrics in our shed kept tripping. He found the problem very quickly. Water had got into one of the external sockets. He got everything sorted there and then. Good price, friendly and efficient service. Brad did all the electrics for our garden room, including the spotlights, sockets and electric heating. He gave us good advice on where everything would work best and the whole job was finished really neatly. Everything looks great and works exactly how we wanted. I contacted BKA to get urgent help to fix an electrical problem (power outage for part of my house). Brad agreed to come within two hours and actually arrived sooner. He was very professional and friendly and resolved the problem very quickly. He was great to deal with, helped with information on how to deal with any similar problems in future and even charged less than his original quote. Highly recommended.

We asked Brad to swap over a few lights and update some sockets at our house in Woodingdean. He got through everything neatly, kept the mess to a minimum and the new fittings have made a real difference to the rooms. Arrived quickly and got the job finished even quicker! Leaking washing machine had soaked the plug sockets in 2 flats but Brad was able to find the problem and sort them out by dinner time! Would recommend again!

Absolutely amazing! I'm very thrilled with Brad's service. One of the bulbs in my bathroom wall lights burnt out (not sure why!) and both wall lights stopped working as a result. Brad came round the same day without charging an "emergency" fee and fixed the light. He took a great deal of care to fix the wall light properly, making sure it was securely attached. The next day the other light bulb blew (I'd bought two in a batch) and Brad offered to come round for free to take a look, but I suspected the bulb was the culprit and when I bought two new ones, both lights worked fine. I'm very impressed with Brad's very positive and friendly attitude and his attention to detail. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone! I woke this morning to discover that the people who renovated my flat put an incorrectly rated switch for the immersion heater and it had burnt out meaning I had no hot water. I rang Brad and he offered to come today despite the fact he was having trouble with his van. He came at the end of the day and very quickly resolved the problem. This has increased my respect for Brad and his work even further. It's such a relief to have hot water again!

He turned up took a look & within a few hours the quote was sent over to me at great price. He turned up when he said he was going to, he was clean & tidy. The work he provided was phenomenal!
