BB Electrical Services recently connected a new sauna in my garden to the mains circuit of my house. Brad was quick to discuss the job with me and visit to provide a quote, which I believe to be competitive based on similar work done in the past. Once the sauna was in place Brad's team completed the electrical work and connection in just over a day, being very accommodating considerating we were also getting other garden works at the same time. The installer was professional and completed the job to the spec, showing me throught the work how he was going to do certain parts of the job to make sure I was happy. I'd definitely use BB Electricals again and would certainly recommend them.

We recently used BB Electrical to replace an electric radiator that had been damaged during a visit by one of our engineers, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the outset, Brad was responsive, and he provided us with a very competitive quote. They removed the existing radiator, installed the new one to a high standard, and even filled the original fixing holes at our request, leaving everything looking neat and tidy. They contacted our customer to arrange a convenient installation date, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Our customer was absolutely delighted with the work carried out and was so impressed that she called our office afterwards to personally thank both us and BB Electrical. She spoke very highly of the electrician who carried out the installation, commenting on his professionalism, friendliness, and the excellent standard of workmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending BB Electrical and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had a 32a commando socket installed to charge my EV. The service from BB Electrical was spot on. Good communication to organise the quote. Turned up when they said they would. Quoted a fair price and came in at that price for the work. Did a good job, I’m happy with the socket. Worked quickly and tidily. The quote, invoice, payment process was seamless and efficient. Pure professionalism and an incredibly friendly service, I cannot recommend BB Electrical enough! We awoke to a burning smell coming from one of our wall sockets this morning, switched off our main fuse (leaving us with no electricity) and called to arrange someone to come out. When Brad heard that we had no power in the flat, he immediately offered to come and see us almost straight away. Brad arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem (internal components in the wall plug socket), replaced the defective wall socket and ran some tests to check everything's working as it should. In and out within 10 minutes! Would absolutely recommend BB Electrical to anyone and will be using them again.

Had a broken flashing hideous halogen looking bathroom light/extractor fan and my landlords booked someone from BB electrical services. The guy that came today (Louis) was really friendly, helpful and super quick and tidy and also gave me some advice about replacing my light fittings in my lounge and kitchen. Also, my new light in the bathroom is so much more aesthetically pleasing and brighter so it’s great! Will deffo recommend and use them again in the future! Thankyou!

Very impressed with the service given by BB Electrical Services. I contacted Brad explaining that I needed urgent electrical upgrades to old wiring and replacing an outdated fuse box in a communal hallway cupboard. Brad was quick to come and visit to assess what work needed doing and arranged for one of his team,Pete, to carry out the work a few days later. Pete was polite professional,tidy and hard working with great communication throughout the whole process Replacing the fuse box was no easy task but Pete did a fantastic job having to trace where certain wiring was located amongst those belonging to 30 other flats. Pete also carried out an EICR and upgraded where necessary wall socket and ceiling lights wiring. Highly recommend Brad and BB Electrical Services for excellent work and price. Will definitely use again.

Excellent company. I needed an EICR at short notice. Contacted BB Electrical Services and spoke to Brad. He was very proactive and booked Louis in to do the work on date requested. Louis arrived on time and did the EICR. Louis also noted that fitted fire detectors were out of date. Arranged for BB Electrical to supply and fit new detectors. All round great service and would recommend.
