A R Waines Electrical Ltd

Very professional Electrician. Recommend to everyone who needs electrical work doing.

Ashley was amazing, we had an issue with an appliance and he was prompt to come out and make it safe( late at night) polite and professional. Always my go to electrician. Top work thankyou

I have had numerous electrical works done by Ashley who not only is a polite friendly lad, he is a fountain of knowledge. He always lets me know exactly what he’s doing (& why he is doing it) he’s efficient and extremely fair in pricing. He tidies up afterwards & gives me a rough estimate of price beforehand. I cannot recommend him & his team enough.

Ashley has been several times to my business for things I have asked for such as to fit solar heaters and also add new lighting. Things like this I am clueless about, but all I had to do was explain to him what I was wanting and he not only delivered to a high standard but advised too which was very much needed for myself. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received on both occasions, Ashley and team were respectful, friendly, helpful and tidy! I know for future if I wish for any further work, it'll be A R Waines Electrical who I shall call. Thanks again!

Called A.R Waines as we needed a job doing quickly. They quoted and did the job on the same day. Very reliable and professional, fitted new sockets and left the room tidy. Would definitely recommend and will be using this company again.

Booked Ashley to do several small jobs around the house. The work was done efficiently and tidily and to a very high standard. Ashley is very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to explain a few things regarding my electrical set up. I was very pleased with the work carried out and the price was very good. I would highly recommend AR Waines for any of your electrical requirements.

I have no words for the quality and the level of service we received from the A R Waines Electrical! We were treated with absolute care, attention, punctuality, and professionalism! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed (lighting, switches) - and even improved!- and they performed a thorough general electrical check. It was a true joy to meet them both! Lovely, lively people and brilliant professionals; Ashley generously shared with me much of his vast knowledge around electrical matters when he was explaining what he was doing in detail and also, he gave me some great tips! Thank you so much; I now know who to call for electrical works! I highly recommend the team without any hesitation!

Ashley's done a brilliant job as always today changing my sockets and fitting my bathroom mirror, he always goes the extra mile to talk the job through with his customers and makes sure they are satisfied with the job before completing it

Recently had Ash run the wiring for my media wall. Including 12 downlights and multiple sockets. Ash made the process easy, called round straight away to assess the job, booked us in and had it done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service 5*

We approached A. R. Waines Electrical with an enquiry relating to installation of a Solar battery Storage System to compliment the Solar Panels already installed on our property when we bought it. Ashley arranged to visit and survey the existing equipment which was installed and produced an extremely competitive quotation. He explained what, in his experience, would provide the most suitable initial installation for us; what this would comprise and how he proposed to install the equipment, within our garage rather than on the outside wall of our property which other providers proposed, providing a more secure installation. From start to finish of the project, Ashley performed diligently and professionally sharing thorough documentation and making himself available to provide answers to any questions we had and dealing with authorities to ensure acceptance of the equipment to enable “feed-in” of surplus generated energy to the grid. He arranged delivery of materials to our address at a time convenient to us, and kept us fully informed of progress, arranging a prompt installation date once materials had arrived. The installation phase was performed efficiently and Ashley dealt with some issues discovered which required a rethink of cable routing professionally resulting in a tidy and neat solution. He explained everything clearly and took us through setting up the control application and configuration which allowed us to understand everything completely. He was also happy to assist with dealing with our Energy Provider to start the process of identifying and arranging a "feed-in" tariff. On completion of the installation, they left our property tidy, even repairing some paving grouting which had been disturbed by the installation of underground cabling, and vacuuming the working areas to remove all debris. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone seeking electrical work services of any sort and will certainly reach out to him for further services in the future, knowing that he is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and clearly values customer service and his reputation highly which is refreshing.

Ashley fitted a new Solar Inverter for me. The job was quite difficult for several reasons, but his professionalism in overcoming these issues was very apparent. He had to return to site several times to sort out problems which were not of his making. My new Solar Inverter is now working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone wanting a thorough and competent job. Thank you.

I am highly delighted with the service provided by Ashley. He is always prompt to respond to enquiries and makes every effort to attend as quickly as possible, along with being courteous. He has fixed my troublesome fire twice to great effect. I would highly recommend his business.

Absolutely fantastic service. My solar panels stopped working. From contacting him, after octopus energy listing his business, to him calling to inspect and diagnose the fault then giving me a full break down of parts labour and time for completing the work. Dates to fit around me. Complete with photos and kept informed throughout the work being done via emails. All done within a week, once the parts had been ordered and delivered. Fast response to any emails or enquiries. All questions answered, without any problems. Very helpful friendly service. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Very clean and tidy work. Great knowledge of his trade. He will be my first call to any future electrical work I need.
