I highly recommend JA Electrical. James carried out an EICR for our house sale. (Electrical Condition Report) He certainly passed the friends and family test of 'would I send him to my mother' - he was really good at explaining any issues that he found and the impact, he didn't use just jargon, he was able to explain things in a clear an simple manner. He also provided great advice on our purchase. I will certainly be contracting James for future work.

James and his team did a great job. They fully re-wired as I renovated my new house, fitting around a very tight schedule and guiding me through the many decisions I had to make. They then returned to upgrade the fittings once I’d chosen final items, and also managed the design for and fitted my kitchen, including all appliances. James completed lighting in my living room shelving and set up a home office with all of the required Ethernet connections. James had great ideas and suggested lots of things I wouldn’t have considered, such as sensor lights for the landing and bathroom so the kids wouldn’t trip up in the night! He gave me options to fit into my budget, explaining the implications for timeframes very clearly when I made changes to the original plans. Best for last, he designed and installed an incredible LED light in my son’s room that is the envy of all his friends. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those undertaking large projects.

James is an excellent electrician, honest and reliable. Came up with some cost effective and creative solutions that I had not come across before for wardrobe and shelving lighting.
