Great service from start to finish. Booking online was really quick and easy, with accurate quoting. The price was good and the job was completed timely. I had a carbon monoxide alarm fitted and three smoke alarms. Paul was friendly and respectful throughout, and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. We required a bathroom extractor fan fitting as well as our kitchen recirculating fan converting into an extractor fan. Paul was very quick to give us an initial quote with all the information we needed, we then accepted the quote and he got to work. Absolutely the best sparky. Paul fitted a ceiling mounted inline extraction bathroom fan and kitchen extraction along with moving a couple of switch housing in my boiler room. Paul provided expert advice on what could be done and how to achieve what I wanted when the house threw up some problems. He was super friendly and I enjoyed his presence, he cleaned up beautifully as he went and left it perfect at the end of the job. The cost involved was very reasonable in comparison with other quote. Electrisafe put a lot of effort into finding a part for our car charging point and also did a health check on our smoke alarms.
I don't fault the standard of work, but put a foot out of place and you will see a side to Paul that none of the other reviewers have: one that is utterly unreasonable, manipulative and closed to any form of conciliation. Obviously, would not recommend.
Paul was able to complete my job within a few days of my contacting him which was brillient timing for me as it fitted in with the decorating work I was having done. He did an excellent job of chasing satelight and electrical supply cabling into lounge wall and fitting sockets and a TV bracket along with a new circuit breaker and all the necessary safety tests. Paul was on time and was clean and tidy in completing the job. I would definately recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Paul has done some work helping us resolve some mystery faults in our old lighting system and fitting new Lights across the flat including this fab chandelier today - professional and efficient across several call outs and appointments.
I called an appliance engineer following a problem with our oven, but he said it required an electrician as he was not allowed to work beyond the appliance. I found Paul in local ads and his reviews looked good so I called him, and even though it was late in the day he turned up and quickly located the fault which he repaired. He was professional and easy to talk to and I would not hesitate to use his services should the need arise. He even sent me photos of the fault which I wad able to show the appliance engineer when he returned. The fee was reasonable too.
After difficulties in getting any response from several other electricians, Electrisafe responded immediately, notified when they had to amend appointment in plenty of time, attended timeously, was efficient and, I thought, quite inexpensive. I intend to use them again.

My bathroom light would not turn on. Change the bulb and check the wires but still not turn on when you pulled the cord. Rang Paul he went through everything for me to check what was wrong and all that was wrong was a fuse was hidden and needed to be replaced. Very helpful and help with everything and got me a new fuse and the light was working again. Would 100% recommend Paul and Electrisafe. We recently had a garden office installed and Paul completed the electrical work in 2 stages - first running a power source down the length of our garden, working seamlessly and without complaint around the gardeners who were ripping up and relaying turf and patio. It took a lot longer then we anticipated for the office to get delivered and assembled but Paul was able to come back within a week of me contacting him to set up lights, switches and power sockets.
