Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Charlie for his work on helping my parent's new gas cooker installation and the installation of a new gas pipe for them today. He was so prompt when we needed help on uninstalling the electric cooker and now very professional with the gas cooker side as the job was so professionally done, brilliant job. He was such a kind and friendly guy too, going the extra mile giving all the good advice to them once the job was completed. All at a very good price too! Definitely going to ask/call him again for other jobs! Definite recommend! 5 star's!

Karol’s a super nice guy, very informative, and charges a fair price. I botched installing a bedroom light and broke the switch. He not only fixed it the same day I called but also explained where I went wrong. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!

Charles was recommended to me by kitchen fitter as I needed extra wiring done before kitchen installation. He was very friendly, explained what he was going to do, Charles came a few times during installation and they worked well together. Would definitely use again for electrical work and would definitely recommend.

We needed extra sockets and improvements to the lighting in the garage and Charlie did a really good job, reasonable price too.

The pull switch for my electric shower had stopped working and I needed a ceiling rose replacing. After sending a text I received a prompt reply and then follow-up. I was seen early evening, as happy to fit in with availability. Everything fixed & tested quickly, neatly & professionally. Polite, friendly service. Very happy to recommend KZS.

Fantastic service, very high standard.... Something was tripping the RCD on my fuse box. Karol diagnosed the problem as a faulty sump pump. He admitted it was not his area of expertise but was determined to fix the problem. Having took the time to research sump pump fitting, he managed to find the pump (I was unaware of its location having never seen it) under the floor boards and remove the old, faulty pump and install a new one. I was very impressed as he again admitted he had never done this type of job before but relished the challenge! Karol was punctual, efficient, friendly and I would 100% recommend him!

Excellent service all round, arrived promptly on a bank holiday to fix an electrical shorting issue within my house which has some old wiring. Diagnosed the fault and fixed the issue before testing the entire system. Top quality service at a very reasonable price.

We had an electrical fire and this gentleman came out late Saturday after he had finished for the day, and helped make the electrical system safe. He also came Sunday to make the repairs and get everything back up and running. Absolutely fantastic service and excellent workmanship I would highly highly recommend his services, and he’s a very nice person as well.

What an absolute star! After seeing all the positive reviews, I contacted Karol as I had a faulty cooker switch. He came within 24 hours and, even though it was a slightly more complex problem than first thought, fixed it and made sure everything was safe. Really good price and such a nice guy. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use again.

My elderly parents had no electricity on a Sunday called several people using google no one would come out.I happened to call Charlie , he said no problem. Came out right away was professional , friendly I have kept his number and will have no hesitation on recommending him to others and using him again should the need arise .
