What a wonderful experience with James! I had my full flat rewired by James and cannot have wished for a better experience, he came on time when he said he would, cleaned up perfectly, and listened really well to what I was trying to achieve. I was aiming for a high end finish and James has worked hard to achieve it. Bonus points for being a really nice guy, which made it a less stressful and pleasant time.

Jim came to do some temporary wiring ahead of our renovation/new build . He wired in a temporary ring main for the builders and connected to the static caravan we would be living in. Whilst onsite he gave plenty of useful information and suggestions. We will be having him back soon to do a full rewire, including an air source heat pump and EV charger. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jim and his work.

Wired by James came and did an in person site survey to give us a quote for an EV charge point installation. James explained in detail the requirements and went through all what was needed for the install. We had other quotes, but so much was not checked or mentioned to us. We ending up going with James and the whole process went very well. Me and my husband are extremely happy and glad to of gone with the recommendation from our friends. Waste of time. James came to give me a quote for EV installation on 12.11.2025. He gave me the cost verbally and said that he will message me the formal quote later. I messaged him twice the following day 13th Nov for a follow up. No response. I messaged him again on 14th Nov asking for update. He messaged back to say he hasn’t had a chance and that he gave me an idea of cost verbally. I asked him when he could do the job on 14th Nov. No response. I asked him again on 15th Nov when he could do the job - no response. I asked him again on 17th Nov when he could do the job - no response. I then got frustrated and left a negative review on 18th Nov, then surprise surprise he got in touch and sent me the quote. On 19th Nov he got in touch about the negative review and asked me to amend it to a positive feedback. I said I would rather delete the feedback and I did. On 20th Nov I asked him again when he can do the job, he said he cannot ignore the negative review and that he cannot move forward with the request. All in all, he wasted more than a week of my time. If he had no intention of doing the work he should have said so from the beginning and I would have moved on. Very unprofessional.

Flashing red light meant an issue, which my instructions said I needed to contact the installer. I messaged James and he sent me the details of the charger support. I emailed them and they advised what the issue was. I got back in touch with James and he got back to me pretty quickly and the problem was fixed within a couple of days.
Really delighted with the work that James did sorting out electrics in my garden including uplighters for trees, a time controlled socket for a fountain, security lights and various sockets/wifi boosters. Friendly, efficient, reliable, always smart and very well organised. I would recommend him.

Fantastic Customer Service, for anyone looking for electrical work either Commercial Or Domestic James is your man. I was desperate for someone to come out and sort my dodgy light switch out. The next morning James came out and sorted the issue within the hour. Highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.
James has been unbelievable reliable and hard working. Way above expectations. Very respectful of our house and worked around our needs as much as possible. He has sorted out our ridiculously outdated electrics around the house and changed all single sockets to doubles.
