well i been a Tenant for over 14 years, Repairs are a waste of time wait ages for a repair. some staff are plain rude if you live in telford you can forget it. late repair times offer you am or pm still cant turn up on time. been suffering with damp and mould for years. same excuses.

Bullying a young family because of inadequate parking and badly designed carports that don't fit a family car in. And then allowing a bully neighbour to bully aswell. You lot are a disgrace, some people think they are better than others and that is the problem here. A pregnant lady is ending up ill because of the stress and their home doesn't even feel like a home anymore. No one should be made to feel like that. Stop building homes that don't have adequate parking or big enough spaces for family cars. I suspect this all comes Down to money. There is no equality on these housing estates at all.

As a Tennant of BVT for over 15 months now. I can honestly declare and confirm, they are the very best Social Housing Provider, I have had the privilege to be a Tennant of... The Staff are friendly warm welcoming and profoundly supportive. They are all polite and treat thier Tennants with respect at all times, needless which departments they work within. Any issues arising are delt with appropriately and in an acceptable time frame. They are actively engaged in supporting their Tennants needs... Reporting repairs is super easy and always undertaken within the time frame they have confirmed and arranged without the faff normally experienced by some Councils and Most Private Landlords whom shirk thier responsibilities or whom claim excempt rents and not offer the Support they are claiming to provide. I do not recognise the miseading and deceptive remarks posted by some within these reviews. It most certainly is not my own personal experiences... It is shameful if untrue and misleadingly deceptive. Some people will say or do anything to disparage your good name or attempt to decrease the goodwill of the Trust... Your Customer Services is beyond reproach and highly satisfactory. I do not believe BVT would purposely treat any Tennant with such utter disrespect or contempt by not resolvimg ongoing issues, especially over a period of over twelve months. When I was struggling your neighbourhood Support teams were very proactive and consistently contacting me to ascertain whether I needed their help, keeping me updated and appraised of every step, or potential other areas of support outside the provisions of the Trust. I found this Supportive and not intrusive... The team are respectful, well trained and eager to help. Your properties are well maintained and let to Tennants in good working order far above the standards of most social housing or Privately let properties. So I say Thank you BVT. You are amazing. You should be proud of everything you are doing to make your Tennants as comfortable as possible. Your Standards are exceptional and excellent. Well done... I cannot praise your good efforts and good graces enough and I would highly recommend you to everyone I know, or whom asks in my opinion are the best Housing Provider in Birmingham, Telford and surrounding areas??? Many blessings to you all. Your Team are all wonderful and you remain a good example of how a Trust or Social Housing Provider should operate... Your policies and Terms and Conditions are more than adequate and reasonable. I believe you should be honoured with an award for excellence on a National level for the way you operate and practise and highly recommended by all. I feel those whom are critical of the Company have interial motives to do so to defunct your good efforts, heritage and objectives when making a big difference in line with Community Needs and equality for all now and in the future. I implore your vision and your objectives and would be more than willing to support the same where ever I am able to in reciprocation of your goodwill...

Lovely area too live, neighbours are great very clean and tidy and no anti social behaviour Matt loines is my housing officer firm but fair guy I have needed help with a few issues and his always on hand whether it's a email or a call

It's sad to see the current state of the trust that falls far below the values that George Cadbury instilled upon its inception. Unfeasibly bad customer service, and seemingly impossible to get an answer despite reassurances and waiting weeks. Staff unfortunately don't seem to care and no responses to a complaints request. A real shame.

I have been dealing with a gentleman on the phone on behalf of my mother and I can honestly say I have never received such good service from anyone the gentleman has been nothing but helpful,professional, knowledgeable and compassionate at a time when it's much needed,a credit torganisation

What can I say they are the worst company I have ever delt with. They set up a direct debit when I moved into my new home never took any money I rang and asked if everything was ok. I was told it was and it was up to date that was why no money had been take. I checked twice then 12 months later I get a bill for the whole previous year and the following year as that had not done their jobs right. They told me to cancel the direct debit and set up a new one and that payment has been going out fine. I am now expected to fine a whole years servise charge and just give it to them and the servise is rubbish to top it off. Don't trust them they all lie they say they have called and sent emails and they haven't.

The receptionist is always very helpful and listenes to your queries.

Nice clean place, sorted a few problems out, staff ok.

We pay them 100s of pounds for them to do absolutely nothing, this is the state of our road right now after paying them TWO yearly instalments. Road / green space management is a myth. All they've managed to do is knock on the door saying we should put our satellite dish on the floor, big jokers!

My partner suffered a very traumatic experience where there was an accident in our home that caused an explosion and blew our windows out. BVT came and boarded up our windows but after waiting a week for further action to be taken i contacted BVT only to be told that it wasn't their problem and we had to replace them ourselves. We have rented for nearly 15 years and to be treated like this is disgusting 🤬🤬

Can't believe at a time when people are struggling financially Bournville decide to put the rent up way to go to add to people's stress.

I called out of hours got a boiler leak gas not working the very rude lady spoke to wouldn't send no one out I am taking this further had to call british gas out to make sure we safe bvt do not care about tenants like they use to to mant attitude staff there

The landscape team came today in awful weather and did a great job of cutting down tree and hedge that were coming onto my property from the trusts land.They were cheerful, helpful and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.Excellent courteous service..thank-you.

From living in accommodation supplied bvt brilliant to deal with would go with them again .so sorted and everything well organised.

The guy's so trimmed the trees at the back of my garden were fantastic especially the little one he climbs like a monkey and so efficient. Well done Cheers Graham
