I contacted Tom via the form on the TW Electrical website on the Thursday afternoon, detailing various things I was concerned with about the electrics in my house and asking if they could get in touch. He emailed me back that evening, was at my house by 10:30 the next morning, and spent the better part of four hours patiently going through all the circuits to ensure everything was safe, sorted out several smaller jobs, and promptly followed up with a date for coming back to replace the consumer unit and do various other bits and pieces. I couldn’t be more impressed by his speed, diligence, or his patience in explaining everything to me as I hovered anxiously in the background. Highly recommend.

TW Electrical Punctual, tidy, quick and professional Would use again without hesitation

Tom, and his team, has recently successfully undertaken an incoming electrical supply service alteration for me, as I needed to relocate the meter cabinet and associated domestic electrical cables, etc, due to a building extension. Tom was professional, timely, efficient, and able to work around other external factors outside his control (I.e. Northern PowerGrid and energy supply companies changing meters) to enable the electricity supply to be efficiently diverted and reconnected with the minimal amount of time of electricity power supply interruption. Great job done. Happy to recommend to others.

Tom is super efficient and reliable. He did a really excellent job of sorting out various home electrical issues that have been causing hassle for ages. I am very grateful and can highly recommend.

Great guys, very professional and punctual ! They pay attention to detail and their work is neat and thorough. Tom explained everything so well and anwered all questions I had. I called TW electrical as I needed some work done after installing EWI and needed a part P certificate for building control. They not only sorted that, but also fixed an electrical problem with a light in the loft that 3 other electricians before them, could not solve. I am so happy that finally, after 10 years of bad experiences, I have found decent electricians in Beverley. I will recomend TW electrical to anyone without hesitation.

Amazing work installed new fuse box, new sockets and lights ect very quick and friendly service would highly recommend

Tom moved a double electrical socket and aerial point, which required channeling out the wall and moving it around corners. He was excellent in both communication and quality of his work. He is passionate about producing a high level of finish and leaving the area as pristine as he found it. Tom is a very polite and focused professional who I would use again and recommend without hesitation.

Excellent professional service, Tom is meticulous in his work and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again.

After some research looking for a reliable electrician I decided to contact TW Electrical from reading the reviews. A company local in the Beverley area I contacted TW Electrical with a view to having an inspection report on a property I am hoping to buy following a survey. Tom the electrician met me at the property the next day and had a quick look around. From his professionalism, politeness and attitude as well as knowledge I was happy for him to do an electrical report. I have to say I received the full 24 page report with photos 12 days later. In the time between meeting him and receiving the report Tom has responded to my emails and calls immediately. A professional young man I will be using in the future for my property. Very impressed and recommend him. Thank you Tom. Following on from the above I purchased the property and Tom came to carry out the work quoted. He was on time, came on the date agreed and completed the work as discussed/agree, providing the necessary documentation. If you need an electrician then contact Tom at TW Electrical.

Tom did a really good job at the property; he was very efficient and completed the work in the specified time. Tom was responsive and flexible to our needs, worked closely with us to effect a repair and certify the work

We've used Tom on a couple of occasions and have always been impressed by his work. He does a really professional and tidy job, and he's a very affable guy. When we initially hired Tom, he listened to our ideas and advised us on how we could get the best results, providing us with a range of options and prices with quick responses to our enquiries. When we wanted to make some amendments he was happy to do so, and when he found issues in our wiring from the previous owners he rectified everything with no bother at all. I get the impression that Tom likes to do a job properly, which is reflected in the quality of his work. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I can 100% recommend Tom to anyone who needs an electrician. We lost all of our downstairs power on a Sunday evening having just returned from holiday. I texted Tom after finding him on the internet to see if he could help and he texted straight back with help and advice to keep us safe. He arranged to see us the next morning at 9.30. What a relief! Tom was recommended to me and I'm glad I listened. He is very polite, tidy and meticulous. He initially quoted to fit the electrics for a new boiler and an electric shower. He also replaced the fuse board to ensure that it had RCD protection and tested all the electrics. I would recommend using Tom for any of your future electrical needs.

Tom was very professional and thorough in his work. Explaining the reason for the way he was doing the job and the regulations needed to be met. He also made sure sockets were matching in every room and that everything looked esthetically pleasing. He was tidy and cleaned up afterwards. He was covid conscious and wore a mask at all time.
