Urbn Solar Ltd

A very professional, first class service from a local company. I had researched solar installations for a number of months and decided on Urbn Solar for their professional non salesman approach. Their prices were also very competitive and in fact cheaper than some national companies. Jordon and Daniel communicated constantly throughout the whole process from initial consultation to handover and the DNO verification. Their team of installers are a credit to them - polite, considerate and professional. We are extremely happy with our installation and would recommend Urbn Solar to anyone who is thinking of a solar installation. We are generating so much solar energy that we are already seeing a good return from exporting to the grid.

We recently had our solar system installed by Urbn Solar and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The system includes a Tesla Powerwall 3, Gateway, and 14 Neostar panels, and from start to finish the whole experience was excellent. The team handled everything. The installation was fast, professional, and incredibly well thought through. What really stood out was how much care they took with the positioning of the equipment and cable runs. They made sure we were happy at every stage, and the final result looks really clean and smart. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing. I did quite a bit of research beforehand and chose them because of their proven experience, plus a recommendation from a friend who’d also had a great experience — and they absolutely lived up to that.

Very satisfied with this solar energy company — responsive staff, neat installation, and excellent performance so far.

After contacting other Solar companies to try and help us sort out an issue we had with solar panels & batteries on a house we had purchased and them not contacting us. Urbn were recommended to us, so i called and within 10 mins of speaking with a nice lady on the phone Jordan called me back. He listened to our problem and said he would be able to help, we booked an appointment and he arrived on time with a text notification 20 mins before arrival. 1hr 30 mins later Jordan had it all sorted and working like a dream. He explained everything, talked us through the app. Now we have found Urbn we shall be using them from now on for all our service needs for the system. Defo recommend to anyone who is on the lookout for a solar panel/batteries system, you will not be disappointed. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much Jordan for sorting it.
