Complete Solar Services Ltd

Excellent service, all work done on time and done very well. Worked late and made sure all the work was completed. good communication, very helpful. No hidden charges. Cleaned up after their work. Definitely recommend.

Very good service even though terrible heatwave weather for working in/on roofs

The team did an excellent job, they are very punctual, professional and hardworking. The installation was neat, tidy and completed on time. The installation cost is very attractive compared to standard energy providers. A big thanks to Complete Solar Services Team; especially Sam, Ben and a couple of guys who involved in it. Highly recommend for anyone who is really looking for solar installation 👏👏👏

I had solar panel system installed by the company. They did it at time convenient for me. It was well organised. The scaffolding was arranged very quickly and installation went smoothly for few hours. Communication with the company was brilliant and efficient. We had a problem with the inverter and they turned up to sort the problem ASAP. I would recommend this company as very professional, with competitive price and great service.

Fantastic service by Sam. He was efficient, hard-working, empathetic, and kind from start to finish, including any paper work afterwards. He was always available to help, patient, and friendly, making everything much easier and less stressful. We really appreciated his support and professionalism. Thank you Sam.

This is the second time I have dealings with this company. They arrive on time, but do update if any delays. Work was carried out cleanly. Technicians were polite, friendly and helpful, spending time to sort out and solving internet connection. Thoroughly recommend them

I employed Sam and Chris a few months ago for a full rewiring on a house I’d just bought. I’d gone through a few companies, trying to get a couple of prices and compare the quotes thereafter. Within minutes of enquiring I’d received a call from Sam and we’d arranged a site meeting. What struck me was their laconic approach- nothing was too much trouble. We’d agreed on a price and the guys set to work. The remarkable thing about them was not just the standard of their work, but the fact that the other workers on the house kept setting them impossible challenges- ruining their work and giving them more to do. Rather than moan they just got on with the job in hand. I’ve had several houses renovated over the last few years and have been engaged with over 70 tradesmen within that time and I will you that without doubt I have not come across people with a better work ethic, understanding or commitment than these guys. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I’m extremely pleased with the electrical work carried out on my industrial unit. The installation of the new lighting and socket outlets was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and safety. The work was done efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption to the unit. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the lighting has made a huge improvement to the workspace. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality electrical work. 1st class company it was a pleasure having Sam carry out the work. Thank you

Sam and his team completed our house rewiring in a professional manner.

The Team returned to get my app back on line after I failed when new broadband router was installed,As an old fart tech is beyond me. Happy to update I now have access again. The app itself IS pants- apparently I'm not the only client dissapinted with solis app but as the inverter's in my attic I'm not able to read the screen which gives more accurate data. For now I'm satisfied to be able to view my data once more and I'm grateful to the boys for fixing this glitch. I also took advantage of their knowledge on this visit to learn more about being off grid, a future plan of mine

Very professional, excellent advice did the repairs there and then. Would definitely recommend Sam. Thank you 😊😊

Sam and his team did an excellent job fitting the battery to our existing solar panel system and overcame internet connection issues. Sam also did a great job helping me sort out the very protracted registration issues with my utility provider.

Sam installed a solar battery system and fitted new optimisers to our existing panels as well as replacing a faulty inverter. It was done efficiently and at a very competitive price. There were some difficulties due to the very poor broadband that we had at the time but they overcame these issues and it all works brilliantly. Would definitely recommend.

Sam and Chris are both amazing, nothing is too much trouble..so far Sam has fitted lights to my summerhouse, all new lightening in every room, extra sockets, security lights, ceiling fan and I would have absolutely 💯 recommend them. Never hesitate in contacting Sam he's great and Chris is a superstar!

I had a really good experience with Complete Solar Services! The team was fast, approachable, and kept me updated all the way through. Even after installation, they’ve been super supportive. Sam was my main point of contact and he did a fab job, really professional and easy to talk to…Highly recommend!

Sam and his team did an excellent job with the new electric installation in my home. They were fast, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were polite, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated that they didn’t leave a mess behind — everything was clean and tidy when they finished. Great workmanship from a great group of guys. I would definitely recommend them!

Sam and his team installed solar panels in mid April and they have proved a great investment. Sam visited site to survey and discuss the best roof locations to maximise output and the impact of shading throughout the day. A competitive quote was prepared and agreed. Installation went well, including the scaffolders, with any issues discussed and rectified, if necessary. Communication was excellent throughout, either in person or via mobile. I am extremely pleased with the installation and the financial benefits of generating my own electricity. I remain in contact with Sam and have no hesitation in recommending him and his solar panel installation team.

Very helpful, Sam has been very helpful in fixing our solar panels .we have been let down numerous times really nice to meet him and his team

An absolutely brilliant service from Sam and his team . From the sales day to installed and working one week . The two lads doing the fitting were first class . Minimum disruption to our day , cleaned up after themselves which is a massive plus for me. The lads were polite and friendly. Having had the panels fitted it s great to see how your self generated power is being used. I would have no problem recommending COMPLETE SOLAR SOLUTIONS to anyone . Fantastic team , fantastic product, fantastic service FANTASTIC !!!!

Sam and his team not only rectified a poorly surveyed fit from another company but have also been with me for all of the trials and tribulations that accompany changing your supplier; applying for an export tariff and so on. They also recommended Octopus Energy which, so far, I would rate as 5 star as well. I rated my previous supplier as 1 star through Trustpilot - it was the only way to get the Customer Services to speak to me. Complete Solar Services has wrapped me in complete care!!

Sam has installed solar panels and the advice and workmanship are of the highest quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to everyone

Well, it was a job well done. I had a few quotes, but most of it was virtual. Sam was the one person who came and meet me face to face for a survey and on the spot price. Communication with Sam was great and quick. He is also very competitive. Sam will try to match and beat any price. Within 3 weeks from my fist contract with Sam the job was completed. I would definitely recommend anyone to use compete solar services for solar installations. Keep up the good work Sam. 👍

Excellent friendly and informative. Very efficient when called upon.

Complete Solar Services did a great job of installing my new Fox inverter. As is often the case with jobs of this nature, there was an initial teething issue as a result of the previous installation, but Sam resolved it without fuss :)

Competent installation. Friendly operatives and a great job as well. Keenly priced and all the certificates provided. Great after sales service too.

Sam & his crew were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and communication was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about having Solar installed.

Sam took time to explain all aspects of the installation. Everything went very smoothly, first class service. Well done Sam

Right from the start the service I’ve received from Complete Solar Services has been excellent. Their knowledge of the product is good and their prices are competitive. On the day of fitting they were courteous and accommodating and made no mess and little disruption. After service has been good too as I’ve had problems with the app which they have resolved. All in all I would highly recommend them.

Can't recommend this company enough. I'm old, disabled and on my own but this company looked after me well with my solar panel breakdown. They tested, reviewed, kept me informed, took all waste away (and did another couple of jobs fixing my downspout and removed a birds nest!). In all they had rewired the faulty plugs and wires - they showed me the faulty ones they replaced - all in three hours! These guys know their stuff and I've got a 10 guarantee on their work too. You need problems with your solar panels? Call Sam!

Excellent company from start to finish no hard sell professional all paperwork carried out for Solar install all on time Sam and Ben great to work with , would recommend them to anybody

For a start, the company responded to my email. Many don't. They came to the house quickly, they were helpful, explained the potential problems and my options clearly. Thanks

Turned up on time as agreed. Worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete as much if the job as possible before it got to dark and returned as promised on time the next day to finish the job. The boys were polite and professional. And the work has been completed to a high standard and everything seems to be working as it should . Would definitely recommend to others.

Installation of inverter and batteries yesterday. Good customer service. All working well. Love the app that comes with the installations and tells you exactly what power your storing, generating from solar and using.

Very happy with Sam and Ben, completed the work with no problem. All is up and running again. Would be more than happy to recommend them.
