Leigh and his team did an excellent job for us adding new sockets and replacing an outdoor light. They were all very efficient, friendly and cleaned up well at the end. A small problem with our wiring was remedied promptly. A safety conscious, professional company. We are both very happy to recommend their services.

I contacted Lux as I needed an EV charger fitting, they responded really quickly and came out to give a quote a couple of days after, and had the quote to me the same day. The quote was very reasonable and they managed to slot us in the following week, going above and beyond as they knew it was urgent for me. The work was done in a couple of hours, neat job and left everything tidy, and the charger works perfectly. Leigh and the lads were all really friendly. Highly recommend!

Had Leigh and his team out to my home recently as they were well recommended by a few friends of mine. They done a whole range of work while they were here despite me originally only contacting Lux Electrical to have some wiring done in my new kitchen. Leigh and James came out for the initial quote for the kitchen and as they were here I asked them to price up a few other bits including outdoor lighting and fitting some feature lights throughout the house and also installing some CCTV. The overall quote was absolutely amazing and for the level of workmanship involved I couldn’t possibly say no! So they ended up doing the whole lot for me at a fantastic price. On the day Leigh, James and Jack all came to carry out the work. Great sense of humour is a missed trick in a lot of trades but not with these gents! They got the work finished ahead of schedule, at a great price and all with a very friendly and respectful approach. I can only give 5* but if I could give more I absolutely would! We contacted Lux Electrical after I received an electric shock from a kitchen appliance. Leigh came out late in the evening and thoroughly investigated the problem. After finding the root cause, he insisted on staying until our electrical system was completely safe to use — ultimately leaving around 9:30 pm. Because of that level of care and dedication, we've since had him back on several occasions to fit a new consumer unit, install an external wall socket, and chase in and fit new double plug sockets. The work from Leigh and his team has always been excellent — fast, tidy, and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them!

We've used Lux a few times now and will continue to do so. Everyone in the team is professional and friendly as well as being great problem solvers. The guys apply the same attitude to big or small jobs and, although always very busy, try to fit things in as quickly as possible. Especially the smaller jobs which they've actually thrown resources at in very short order. If you're looking for hardworking, trustworthy electricians who care about the finished product, you won't be disappointed with Lux.

I have used LUX for a few electrical installations and repair over the last 5 years. Some have been complex. I have used them to install extra sockets, install Ring devices , install-configure Nest heating controls and recently test-install an iBoost box (that diverts excess solar power to immersion coil). Leigh has always responded quickly, acted professionally and not left until the job is done. His fees are very also very reasonable.
