WARNING - DO NOT USE FOR DOMESTIC SEPTIC TANK EMPTYING!! I was foolish enough to fall for their pricing tactics (an exceptionally expensive mistake!!). They quote £145 plus VAT (£174) per 1000 Litres. All other local providers quote per 1000 Gallons (prices around £195-230 with zero VAT). The difference in price is C.4 times as much. To add insult to injury, they also charged VAT on a Zero Rates supply as per HMRC. I requested a refund of the VAT, which they are legally required to refund. I have had no refund or reply so will be notify HMRC of this potential significant issue. I must say the chaps that came out and did the work were very efficient. This review is a reflection on the company not it's workforce.
Excellent service. Initial phone call was answered very quickly by Alfredo who contacted his colleague engineers who rang me promptly and were on site within a couple of hours. It was not a standard drainage problem but Tyler and Raif made a thorough assessment and camera survey and listened and considered all aspects of the problem and gave advice as to what further work is needed. They even took off their boots whilst walking through the house without needing to be asked and were extremely polite and very helpful. Payment was easy and I was given the invoice copy for my records.

Excellent service ! Engineer here in less than 2 hours and the works compleated with no fuss. Great communication from Tyler, our engineer, letting me know when he was on his way, which is always helpful. He done a very professional job including an intense clean up after. As we have dogs this was very important to us. Thank you Tyler. I'll be booking in the CCTV next month.
The contractor was friendly and had just left the house. I am writing this review because he took several phone calls during the visit, which interrupted the work and extended the duration of the appointment. Unfortunately, this resulted in me paying for time spent on the phone rather than for meaningful progress on the actual job. The work was left inconclusive, and I was asked to agree to a follow-up visit to replace the gully. Overall, the issue was not resolved during the visit, and for this reason, I would not recommend this service.

Charged my elderly vulnerable mother £1368 just to descale her toilet and vacuum a drain. They damaged the drain cover and surround which is now broken and buckled leaving the driveway unusable. I have been trying to get an explanation for the extortionate cost and to get the drain cover and surround fixed but after requesting a photo of the invoice which I duly emailed, they have stopped responding. They have now responded and said that it costs £800 to descale a toilet. They're also unhappy that I've left this review but are staying that they haven't damaged the drain and surround. There's never been a problem with it before they came so it clearly was due to their visit. Awaiting further response.

Didn't arrive on time but when Klaud came he was very friendly and he sorted our blockage out quickly so we are pleased with him! But the person on the phone when we booked who gave a cost didn't mention the additional cost for equipment use, so the overall cost was more than we were expecting when proceeding with the job. My husband was out so I paid it, thinking it was what he'd agreed. So they could do better communication about what the costs will be (We didn't see the form with costs until after it was already done)

Called what I thought was a local company out to deal with my elderly parents blocked drain.I discussed basic charge of £55 for 1/2 hour plus the same if it goes to a whole hour. After charging £408 and still not clearing the blockage plus leaving my parents with a quote for £1295+VAT to fit a new gulley (which thankfully dad didn’t sign) I dealt with the problem myself tonight and had it all clear and working within 1/2 hour. Talk about preying on the elderly..absolute rip off merchants.

When Dan and Tyler arrived they got straight to work. Dan kept me informed of the situation and end result. Tyler (younger lad) was very respectful and polite. They worked well as a good team. However, initially the job was booked in 2 days prior between 8am-4.30pm but no one arrived or contacted me. I phoned at 3p to find out there whereabouts, when I was informed they had a big issue in the morning.

I had a blocked outside drain. I rang this company, who claimed they are a 'local family firm' and have a Swindon number but today have turned out to be a national co. with regional contractors, which would never be my choice to use. So false marketing. I was quoted £55p.30 mins for the labour plus £55p.30 mins for water jet . OK, I thought he'd start with rodding which wouldn't cost extra but he didn't. The engineer was nice enough and seemed to know what he was on about, but then said he'd have to use the camera to see inside the drain which cost another £210. So the total bill - to diagnose, not fix, came to £650! Then VAT on top which no-one had mentioned, so total £780!! So very misleading pricing. He then rang the boss to give me a quote to fix the drain - £3897 - again had to be asked whether this included VAT and it didn't. I was told I could get half price off today if I agreed to use them for the work. My understanding was that I would pay half the £780 today, then get a few other quotes and if I went elsewhere, would be invoiced for the rest. But no, I was told I had to make the decision there and then!! So very high pressure sales techniques. They definitely lost me at that point. I was then told I had to pay not by card or by bank transfer, but by clicking on a link - something I hadn't been warned of and not happy with. Eventually I was able to pay by bank transfer. But yes, very unhappy with the false marketing, unclear pricing, overpricing and pushy sales tactics. I won't be using them again and won't be recommending them to friends and family.

Your Drainage Solutions! 100% recommended. Dan and crew attended to our properties with multiple drains because of heavy flooding. They preformed a camera survey to identify the various issues and kept us well informed of what would be required to rectify the problems. Returning promptly the next day with their jetting and suction equipment they spent hours on cleaning and rectifying all of the drainage issues. All this work was for multiple properties and every part of communication, workmanship, quotation and final costing were dealt with promptly, efficiently and hassle free. A very well recommended company and service is 100%.

Joey came and cleared my blocked drain quickly and efficiently. I had tennis balls lodged in my drain thanks to my dogs and Joey got them out for me. One of the tennis balls shot down another section of the drain and cctv was used to make sure there was no further blockage down the line and prevent any further issues in the future. I found Joey to be really friendly, polite and answered all questions I had including offering advice for future maintenance which was greatly appreciated.
Your Drainage Solution should be to use another company. I put a deposit down for some work which then needed to be handled by Thames water in the end. I postponed Your Drainage Solutions before the job was due to be completed and I was told it would be no problem to return the deposit if the work was no longer needed from them. Despite numerous texts, emails and phone calls to ask for the refund, they have not returned the deposit. When you email it just gets ignored, when you call its only 'the boss' who can deal with refunds but they assure you it will be passed on. No matter how many conversations you have with them it will never be actioned. I cannot recommend using a different company enough. I can't speak to the actual work but should things need to change or perhaps if something went wrong, from my experience they couldn't care less provided they already have your money. Companies like this should not deserve your custom. Don't take the risk.
Very impressed with the service I received from Your Drainage Solutions. We needed a CCTV survey completed quickly and Danny was able to attend the following morning first thing. Rang 30 mins before arrival as promised. Very professional, tidy worker and explained everything that he found so we understood. The quotation was provided on the survey receipt. The CCTV footage was forwarded on the following Monday (next working day) and the full report the day after, again as promised. Would highly recommend this company.

Amazing 😍 Alfredo was a super star on the phone and went above and beyond to help l get someone to fix my toilet pipe he definitely deserves a pay rise ☺️ , the father and son duo that came out to fix the problem were absolutely amazing too !(even though they should have been on their way home). Very helpful and even cleaned everything up and took away anything damaged . I would recommend this company to everyone as they really make you feel like their number 1 customer and the communication was amazing with constant updates on when they were going to get to me . We had a father and son team to sort out our blocked drain. High pressure hoses and cctv were used over 70m approx. Really efficient and helpful throughout, discussing and explaining all that they found and recommended - excellent.
Insurance asked for CCTV video taken and full report of works completed on the property. Over the past 6 weeks I have sent numerous emails, submitted contact requests via the website, and made phone calls which promised a response BUT we have been completely ignored. My insurance company is also seemingly unable to receive a response from this company. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service, we paid £174 for a 30 mins jetting service to be told that they were unable to unblock the pipe as it has collapsed. Resulting in us calling our home insurance to see if this would be covered, they sent out a different drainage company to inspect the situation and his water jet unblocked the drain immediately, suggesting the wrong equipment had been used by this company. We were reasonable and requested a refund for the £55+vat jetting service and not the labour charge and Nick has ignored my emails and was very arrogant on the phone claiming this issue was with the "accounts department". We've not received a response or refund resulting in this negative review. Would not recommend this company.
Nick was amazing 🤩 he fixed the issue so quickly, was polite, knowledgeable & efficient. He drove 2 hours to make sure my kitchen stopped flooding due to a blocked drain on the Friday night of the Coronation weekend - superb service. I would give him 100/10!
Excellent service. Cleared foul drain blockage using state of the art equipment without any problem and proceeded to view affected drain run with a video camera to ensure there were no other potential problems. Would definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service. They came to quote for collapsed drain same day and fixed the problem within 2 days. Very pleased.
I requested Drainage Solutions to inspect a blocked drain and was quoted £90 for jetting and £100 for sending a camera down the drain to inspect it. When the workers arrived they removed the down pipe and said that because the drains were blocked by roots they could do not more at that moment They also sent some water down the gutter of the house from front to back to check that the rear drains were not blocked. For this service taking no more then three quarters of an hour I was charged £300. I am a widow living on my own I suppose I was foolish to pay this amount but felt intimidated. On protesting later I was promised a £110 refund I have never received this. Beware.
