We had a inaccessible leak in our upstairs bathroom causing water to poor through the ceiling. Our landlord instructed Duncan who was swiftly on the scene. Duncan was very knowledgeable and tackled the leak with highly accurate demolition to the area to access the leak and afterwords proceeded to tidy up the mess created. He then sorted the leak very quickly. We would highly recommend Duncan and he was very reliable. Thank you, Duncan.
Bad smell and water sitting around the manhole for a few days. They found a deep blockage in the main drain and had all the right kit to sort it. Much quicker than I expected and the flow is spot on now.
Kept getting water pouring over the edge of the gutter everytime it rained. The downpipe was blocked solid. Everything was cleared out and flushed through. Straight away you can see the differance. Would definitely use again.

Drains under the house got blocked, tried rodding myself but to no available, so decided to call the professionals. I’ve used national firms before but they left me feeling a little uneasy, so tried a local one. I’m so glad I did. Called late afternoon and by first thing the next day Duncan was round with his gear. Very amiable chap, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Had a good exploration of the property, then give a price (which seemed very reasonable and certainly much better than previous aforementioned companies) and got to work. Drains were cleared and cleaned pretty quickly with his high pressure jet and he’ll be coming back with a camera to find the root cause of the problem (ironically it’ll probably be roots and old Victorian pipe work) - which is all included in the initial quote/price. Would highly recommend to anyone with drainage problems.

Had a blocked kitchen sink on bank holiday Monday, tried Mr Muscle drain cleaner and a sink plunger but neither worked. Called Dorset Plumbing & Drainage Services, someone answered and said they can come out the following day. There was no call out charge. The man was friendly and he cleared the blockage with a power snake. It now flows better than it has ever done before (I assume that is because the drain is now completely clear). The cost was £100. I think it is a fair price given how quickly they came. Would use again.
Duncan exceeded all expectations for an emergency call out today and on a Sunday. Although when we phoned he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere he kept us updated as to when he could attend our emergency. Although he was a good few miles away he came to us as soon as he could. We originally thought we had a pipe leak but Duncan very quickly established the leak was potentially coming from the roof area. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan

This guy Duncan, he helped me pluck up the courage to ask previous plumber to fix a job from months previously but thought it was multiple different things and solutions apart from the simple issue it actually was, and even my father who isn't a plumber thought it might be, just the pipe work was fitted wrong. Not the thermostat or the type of boiler. **Update - I know this this was regarding a previous plumbing issue not caused by him but it was alarming that he couldn't spot what it was after a good look around. In the end the original plumber probably worked out what he did wrong in a fraction of the time. He even suggest we needed a whole new toilet for a toilet seat and turned out out of the blue (not for the first time) to get it replaced over the weekend. I contacted another plumber on WhatsApp and said it was easy to replace without replacing the whole toilet. He turned up again out of the blue and was quite forceful on the intercom that I book him to replace the toilet. **Update - Duncan fully supported the idea the whole toilet needed to be removed and replaced and this turned out to be a load of cobblers that would have cost more money. The other company I contacted managed to replace the toilet seat no (or nae) bother by comparison. It's one thing being concerned and just wanting to help, you were too pushy for a fact it was not professional at all. I don't want to think he was looking to rip me off, seems like a decent guy, but didn't seem to know what he was talking about for a basic plumbing issues. I'm now second guessing whether he needed to replace a couple of the taps, I just wish it's something I could have done myself. Good to get a few different quotes before getting work done from my experience.

Further to a previous positive experience using this company, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. This time, we were without a cold-water supply from our kitchen tap. We called Duncan, he was really helpful, understood our situation, and said he would visit after he finished the job he was working on. He was punctual. They came highly recommended by my plumber. I phoned them Saturday morning and within 40 minutes they arrived. Duncan was very knowledgeable and soon put matters right. He was also house trained as not only did he clean up afterwards he also use dplastic overshoes. I would recommend them and will use them again.
