Great service! Noticed my toilet was backing up slightly when flushing, this was at 6:30 pm. Went outside and lifted the drain cover and it was full of water with an obvious blockage. Called Unique and he was here within the hour and had the drains unblocked quickly- in the pouring rain! Would definitely recommend, thanks!
Chris is a literal hero. Nightmare situation, drains on our new (but old) house flooding next door's drive. Unblocked our drains in no time at all, gave great advice on what we can do to stop it happening again, and disinfected the whole area. Would absolutely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Chris completed a thorough job on finding and unblocking a pipe within my home. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, he did not finish until he was satisfied the pipeline was clearly unblocked. i had a massive blockage in my outside waste pipes , chris came out in no time and really worked hard to sort it using pressure wash and camera , after a couple of hours it was all clear , well done chris you are a star , Unique Drains are local for poole and not too expensive . Please give them a call if you have drain problems .

Simply the best. Great workmanship. Whole new drainage system put in with garden soakaway. Left the garden and drive in good condition despite all the necessary digging and taking up. Very pleased and would recommend. Chris is delightful.
I was seeking assistance for a downstairs toilet that was flooding and called Unique Drains. Chris was able to come over on the same day and managed to find the cause of the flooding using CCTV camera equipment - tree roots growing in old drain pipes! He spent considerable time clearing as much of the blockage as possible, leaving me with a toilet I can now flush and use again. He will be coming back to replace/repair the drains as they are still damaged and the issue would reoccur when the tree roots grow back again. Chris is a nice chap, he explained everything he was doing at the time, offered good advice and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended from me.

Chris come out to my house last week in Ferndown, talked me through everything, really polite bloke and unblocked our drains quickly. Arrived with us within 30 minutes and charged a lot less than others we’ve used in the past. We regularly have issues with our drains blocking so have used a lot of companies, Unique Drains is by far the best and cheapest. Will be taking them up on their 6 monthly maintenance plan at £28 as well as it includes a discount for if our drains block again, which hopefully they won’t with the regular maintenance cleans. Would recommend
