I had an excellent experience with 247 Drainage Rescue! Our technician, Noor, was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve our drainage issue. What impressed me even more was that they came out on Good Friday—talk about dedication! The service was efficient, thorough, and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Noor and the team at 247 Drainage Rescue for anyone in need of reliable drainage services.

Have to give this man his flowers. Absolute legend. Phoned him about 7pm-ish. He was at another job so he said he will be about an hr, he came around 8:30 it was getting late and dark but dean got to work straight away. He told me what it was going to cost, it was very well priced and very reasonable considering i called other companies charging double and sounded like call centres in another country. This guy was genuine, from Birmingham. Dean stated the block was so far in and i started panicking, he looked over the fence and noticed the neighbours had a manhole too and stated we needed to work from there, we notified the neighbour and went to work. Eventually to my relief, Dean got it unblocked. Charged a little extra for going into another manhole but it was understandable. Very happy with the work. Thanks mate

Rang the number and Dean came out within 15 minutes. Very pleasant, efficient and at a good price for the quick time he came around. Many thanks for your help.

One of the best service companies I have ever come across, we were literally in the ****! Noor came exactly when he said he would and provided a brilliant and efficient service , he absolutely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him as he was brilliant, thank you

Very efficient and friendly service. Sean was very thorough and gave a clear summary of work performed and what the drainage issue may have been. Reasonably priced in the market and I'd definitely use their services again. 😁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company came out straight away to unblick my drains. I had 2 blocked drains, one from my kitchen sink and also from the toilet drainage system. I was informed of the cost before work was started. The work was undertaken professionally and quickly. The worker was friendly, polite and very professional throughout their intervention. The area was cleaned afterwards. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend 100%.

Dean arrived within 15 minutes of our call. Blocked main sewer pipe was the issue. A very heavy drain cover had to be cleared and lifted in order to access the sewer…Dean just got on with the job. No fuss efficiency with what was a challenging job as the cover hadn’t been lifted since 2008. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drainage Rescue No hidden costs. No grumbling. No hassle. 😁

I called about a blocked drain and had Dean on site within an hour. He was friendly, explained the problem and pointed everything out to me as he sorted the issue in a matter of minutes. Dean was fantastic and would definitely recommend this company to friends/family. 😁

10/10

Cheapest quote we got out of 4 companies, And Dean has been supper helpful, identified a problem and fixed it very efficiently! Very pleasant and professional service worked, would definitely recommend!

Smashed it. Really quick call out.

Spot-on service....... attended for what we thought was a minor problem- Dean identified a major issue with drainage on our property - showed us and explained issue. Issue dealt with and resolved at a charge far less than other quotes we received. Very well equipped and skilled. Would definately recommend!

Attended so quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing and fast service, including weekends ☺️

It’s a shame that I can’t put more stars! We called the guys yesterday, he came today ON TIME and he really struggle to do the job but at the end .. after about 1 hour, he unblocked the blocage. There price is significantly low . We had a plumber and Severn Trent who came to our property and no one wanted to to the job from the drain which was invisibly blocked from outside but still in our property . So I highly recommend them, they deserve it as they are working hard a, they only leave when the job is done and you are charged for something ! Finally I would like to thanks this service because now we can reuse our toilets.

Brilliant service, got the job done as quick as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely call up again 10/10!!
