The team always does the job exactly as required. They listen regarding little nuisances like, not moving particular items, or particular spots that need extra attention, and remember those the next time they visit. Thoroughly recommend their services to others.
Used the Basingstoke team for three weeks to clean our home, as my wife has a terminal illness and we wanted to spend our time making memories, not cleaning. Week one they promised everything and delivered, weeks two and three were appalling and left us with areas uncleaned that I had to sort out, communication was minimal, no apology, and they still wanted paying in full!!! So they have added additional stress to our lives, exactly the opposite of what we need. Will not use again.

I have been using Haus Maids for about 6 months now and am delighted with their service! They are reliable, flexible and the cleaning is completed to a great standard. We use a fortnightly service but occasionally an interim clean, or skip a week if we are away. All of this is dealt with without hassle, and Cecelia is very organised in the coordination of such requests. A lovely team, mostly the same 2 ladies come to our place, with occasional rotations. Would highly recommend for a professional service.

I’m really impressed with the service! The cleaners were reliable, friendly, and came fully prepared with all their own equipment and products. Two cleaners arrived, which meant the job was done efficiently and to a really high standard. I live in a hard-water area and they managed to remove all the limescale — something I’ve struggled with for ages. The whole clean was extremely thorough. Highly recommend!

I used Haus Maids for a deep clean of house before I went for surgery. Cecilia was able to fit me in with very little notice. She did an amazing job, my shower cubicle looked like new, she'd managed to get bits clean I thought were beyond getting back to new again
