END OF TENANCY CLEANING BASINGSTOKE AND CARPET CLEANING

Before moving to our rented new residence, I wanted a move in cleaning service. Even though the place was clean, I wanted to have peace of mind, especially with young children. Cleanliness: End of tenancy cleaning basingstoke gave the house a deep clean. Walking into a newly sanitised home made a huge difference. It felt like our place from day one.

Awful. Whilst the end of tenancy clean in general was average, the cleaners caused a large dark blue/purple stain on the carpet. I had checked the house before hand and the stain did not exist. When I went to look at the property after the clean the stain had appeared. I contacted the company manager who told me it wasn’t them and it had already been there. I explained that the stain was still wet and the colour came up on my hand when I touched it- therefore clearly new, they told me it was simply wet because they had cleaned the carpets. The rest of the carpet was dry- so this makes no sense. Having done some research- the stain is most likely either dirty extraction water or concentrated chemical residue leaked from a carpet cleaning machine. They are lying to cover their backs at my expense and trying to gas light me into believing I did this myself with a pen. Even called me ‘unfair’ for suggesting they were responsible. They’ve cost me my deposit money and lied about it. Don’t trust this company. Pretty sure their positive reviews are fakes. Pictures attached

The tenancy cleaning service was beyond professional standards. Their punctuality impressed me a lot. This end of tenancy cleaning basingstoke team has a keen eye for detail, and thoroughness in even the smallest of things. The results gave me complete satisfaction. An entirely excellent experience.

I hired this company for end of tenancy cleaning because my rented house had a dusty attic. There were cobwebs, and old boxes. I couldn't clean it myself without causing my allergies. Their staff came on time, fully dressed in their protective gear. They fully renovated the attic. They vacuumed, cleaned, and disinfected the entire area. After inspection, the attic was as good as new. I was so lucky that I picked their end of lease cleaning package.

Awful experience. Wanted money upfront in cash, never received the notification that the clean has been completed or the video they said they would send at the end of the clean. When we checked the property the shower screen was very very smeary, parts of the shower not touched, the toilet had not been cleaned, window sills still has dust on and the brand new extractor fan in the newly fitted kitchen is badly scratched. They sent the cleaners back out again and the mop we saw them use was disgusting. When speaking to the owner he said they didnt cause the damage yet the protective film was only removed from it just before they got there and the fan had no damage at all, he wouldnt let us talk, shouted and swore at us, said he would take us to court if we left a negative review then texted us after the phone call saying cant do anything as all money has gone paying cleaners, chemicals (although we couldnt smell any cleaning products), insurance, petrol and the only money they have is £30. Left having to clean it ourselves, £190 down and have a damaged extractor fan.

We booked a full house clean after vacating our rental and I couldn’t be more pleased. The whole place – bedrooms, carpets, tiles, inside windows, – looked absolutely spotless. The end of tenancy clean service was professional, friendly, and surprisingly quick. Highly recommend for anyone moving out!

Our family was going through a major transition, and cleanliness was one less thing to worry about. Their Move out Cleaning was done swiftly without compromising quality. We were especially impressed with their detailed Bound Cleaning checklist. It made our moving experience far smoother than expected.

The bond cleaning service saved me £300 on my deposit return. For the move-out cleaning, they brought special equipment to deep clean carpets and grout. Every surface sparkled like it was brand new. I'll never trust anyone else with my end of lease cleaning needs.

Moved in to my new apartment it looked cleaned. However, once I started unpacking it, I saw how dusty the shelves were, how greasy the kitchen cabinets were, and the carpeted floors covered with filth. I decided to give Move-In Cleaning a shot, and I was shocked. Rather than just clean, they made my apartment feel new! That included wiping down all surfaces, steam-cleaning the carpets, and sanitizing all the high-touch areas. Moving into a new place is always stressful, but being able to move into a spotless one was refreshing.

The previous tenants left the kitchen in a dreadful state, with grease covering every surface. I was concerned about renting out the property again in such a condition. End of tenancy cleaning basingstoke stepped in and took care of the problem. They degreased everything, from the oven to the extractor fan, and made the kitchen sparkle. The transformation was incredible, and the fresh, clean scent was a bonus. Thanks to their hard work, the kitchen was ready for new tenants in no time. I am extremely satisfied with their service!

My vintage lace curtains, a family heirloom, were yellowed and fragile. I feared they couldn't withstand any cleaning. The specialists who came used a gentle, hand-washing technique with a pH-neutral solution that not only brightened the lace but preserved its delicate fibers. They laid the curtains flat to dry, ensuring no stress on the fabric. The curtains now hang beautifully, their intricate details shining through once more. The careful consideration and expertise displayed were truly remarkable.

The stainless steel appliances in my kitchen had lost their shine, covered in fingerprints and smudges. Before moving, I wanted them to look their best. The move-out cleaning services from this company made my appliances look brand new again. Their attention to detail and expertise in dealing with stainless steel was impressive. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Cleaning has never been my forte or interest, especially in deep cleaning areas like the oven or behind heavy furniture. Facing the end of my tenancy, I turned to this team for help. Their professionalism in handling the move-out cleaning, particularly the grease-laden oven and the dust bunnies from under the bed, saved me from what I feared would be daunting. Their work ethic and results have made me believe in the value of professional cleaning services.

Paid £300 for end of tenancy in Basingstoke cleaning as we were moving out of our flat and initially thought it was ok. Our landlord was not happy with the clean as there were oversights through out and especially with the carpet clean, stains were left. It was stated on the website that the clean would pass an inspection but seems things were missed during the clean. Our landlord is now withholding nearly £200 of our deposit for additional cleaning.

Cleaning stainless steel surfaces was a challenge I couldn't conquer. This brought me to your end-of-tenancy cleaning. Your team's expertise left my kitchen appliances gleaming like mirrors. I'm thrilled with the results!

I thank the team for their exceptional garage cleaning service. The garage was messy with accumulated dust, cobwebs, and oil stains. The team worked diligently to transform it into a clean and organized space. They swept the floors, scrubbed the stubborn stains, and tidied up the tools and equipment. Their dedication to providing top-notch service is commendable.

End of Tenancy cleaning Basingstoke team was very professional and respectful. They did a Great job! Our oven is sparkling and we couldn’t be happier. He also wore sneaker covers, a mask, and gloves to keep our house clean while he worked.

My experience with End of Tenancy Cleaning Basingstoke was very good. The guys turned up more or less on time (can't legislate for London traffic after all) and got to work straight away. The entire job was done in the space of 90 mins. Recommend

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from your team. You guys are so great! Thank you 😊

I was a bit worried with the negative review They called and said that negative review it’s from one there competitor firstly I didn’t believe them then he said to me “ if don’t trust us then we can come to your property for cleaning if you will be happy then you can pay us” I said ok My boy they are just brilliant 🤩 my oven and bathrooms looks spotless I would recommend them definitely.👍

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - they caused financial losses for over 600 pounds. This is one big scam

It's the second time I have used the End of tenancy basingstoke and carpet cleaning and like always the results were fantastic . Never again will I be cleaning my carpets personally as I can't get the same results . Thank u very much!
