The end of term cleaning was surprising to an extent in terms of its comprehensiveness. This was because utility areas did not miss out as is usual in many situations. The work appeared to be equally distributed without the common unevenness where visible and invisible areas are concerned. Very comprehensive.

Before moving to our rented new residence, I wanted a move in cleaning service. Even though the place was clean, I wanted to have peace of mind, especially with young children. Awful. Whilst the end of tenancy clean in general was average, the cleaners caused a large dark blue/purple stain on the carpet. I had checked the house before hand and the stain did not exist. When I went to look at the property after the clean the stain had appeared. I contacted the company manager who told me it wasn’t them and it had already been there. I explained that the stain was still wet and the colour came up on my hand when I touched it- therefore clearly new, they told me it was simply wet because they had cleaned the carpets. The rest of the carpet was dry- so this makes no sense. Having done some research- the stain is most likely either dirty extraction water or concentrated chemical residue leaked from a carpet cleaning machine. They are lying to cover their backs at my expense and trying to gas light me into believing I did this myself with a pen. Even called me ‘unfair’ for suggesting they were responsible. They’ve cost me my deposit money and lied about it. Don’t trust this company. Pretty sure their positive reviews are fakes. Pictures attached

Awful experience. Wanted money upfront in cash, never received the notification that the clean has been completed or the video they said they would send at the end of the clean. When we checked the property the shower screen was very very smeary, parts of the shower not touched, the toilet had not been cleaned, window sills still has dust on and the brand new extractor fan in the newly fitted kitchen is badly scratched. They sent the cleaners back out again and the mop we saw them use was disgusting. When speaking to the owner he said they didnt cause the damage yet the protective film was only removed from it just before they got there and the fan had no damage at all, he wouldnt let us talk, shouted and swore at us, said he would take us to court if we left a negative review then texted us after the phone call saying cant do anything as all money has gone paying cleaners, chemicals (although we couldnt smell any cleaning products), insurance, petrol and the only money they have is £30. Left having to clean it ourselves, £190 down and have a damaged extractor fan.
