Rachael and the team have been absolutely amazing. We needed a full house clean ahead of our house move but the sale fell through which meant dates had to be changed at short notice. Rachael did everything she could to facilitate this by organising two separate visits. The quality of service and clean was exceptional, would highly recommend

We have been using Maid in Basingstoke since 2018 and have been very happy with the whole package ... The cleaning has been to a high standard and all cleaners have been friendly and professional. It was simple to set-up the service with no complex contract and communication by email and phone worked well. We also appreciated that on occasion where we needed skip a clean or rearange a date, this was no problem. Overall, we highly recommend Maid in Basingstoke.

I have been a regular weekly customer of Maid in Basingstoke for over 5 years. I cant recommend them enough. The cleaner(s) turn up with all the cleaning products they need including the vacuum cleaner. They do a thoroughly good job, and all the personnel I have encountered have been very friendly and efficient.
