From day one, Simon brought clarity, structure, and experience to what could easily have been a complicated job. Communication was solid throughout, timelines were realistic, and any issues were dealt with properly no shortcuts, no excuses. The quality of workmanship was excellent across the board, and what really stood out was Simon’s understanding of HMOs specifically layout, building regs, durability, and long term thinking, not just making it look good on day one. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a builder who actually knows what he’s doing and delivers what he says he will, Perfect Builds is the real deal. The plumbing team at Perfect Builds power flushed our heating system and replaced all the radiator and thermostatic valves. During the job they discovered a blocked pipe, which meant the system couldn’t be filled in the usual way. They explained everything clearly, backfilled the system, got it fully up and running again, and balanced it properly so the heating worked perfectly. They also repaired a toilet flush while they were there, and when a two port valve failed afterwards they came straight back and fitted a new one without any fuss. Everything has been left running smoothly while we wait for our new boiler to be fitted. Reliable, knowledgeable, and very reassuring to deal with. Simon is excellent in terms of communication, returns calls or messages swiftly and worked really hard for us, above and beyond really. (Plus our dogs adore him !) He turns up when he says he will (or lets you know if not), and keeps working at troublesome bits until he’s got it sorted. We’ve already booked the next job with him. I’d definitely recommend him based on the work he’s done for us so far. Ta Si, much appreciated!
Simon completed three small but tricky jobs for us competently. He works professionally and punctually, and he took his time to complete his tasks properly. We recommend him as a reliable but certainly not cheap craftsman.
Despite it being Christmas Eve, Simon responded swiftly and efficiently to my enquiry regarding a water leak that had developed from the bathroom and had come through to the kitchen ceiling. Simon was transparent and detailed in his advice and undertook the required work in the middle of the Christmas holiday period. The work carried out was to a very high standard with regular updates on what was being done with follow-on advice also provided. Highly recommended and will most certainly use again.

I recommend doing your homework if you are considering using Refurbit Hampshire Ltd. Check out companies house and you will see that they have changed addresses and now using PO box for their company address! I wonder why?? DO NOT trust this company and hand over any money to them!! stay well away.
Refurbit Hampshire were fantastic, they did an amazing job fitting my kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. Simon arrived early every day and was incredibly fast at responding to any queries I had out of hours. Can't recommend highly enough!

After previously using Refurbit to install bamboo flooring downstairs, we contacted them to refurbish our downstairs cloakroom. This included new sanitaryware in the downstairs bathroom, along with replacing our front door, windows and frames which were in need of an upgrade. Simon went above and beyond to answer any queries, and provided helpful information where needed. In addition, allowing for extra warmth and room, the team opened up the already small area which has made a massive difference. The team were very friendly and efficient, always leaving the place tidy at the end of the day. We are really happy with the outcome and their high quality service - an absolute pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you so much again!
We needed our bathroom renovated and we were impressed with how professional everything looked. The grey marble looks fantastic and goes very well with the walls. The team had an outstanding eye for detail and were very professional and efficient in their work. Simon was always very helpful if we had any questions, and was open and honest. Due to complications with a house sale I urgently needed some building works carried out and Simon and the team at Refurbit certainly came to the rescue! All work was carried out to an immaculate standard and Simon was also always on hand to talk through any questions or concerns I had. This level of service continued after the works had been completed when I received follow up queries. I cannot recommend Refurbit highly enough and will certainly use their services in the future. They certainly go above and beyond for their customers.
After fitting a fantastic kitchen for us in 2019 we didn’t hesitate to use Refurbit again for building and installing of a downstairs cloakroom. Simon and Sam did a great job and we are so pleased with the end result. Not only are they great at doing what they do, they are always happy to give advice and ideas of how things might work better. They always leave the place tidy at the end of the day and are friendly chaps to have around. We already have them lined up for our next project!

Refurbit did a great job totally remodelling our hallway, landing and stairs including demolishing wall nibs, fitting a new boiler cupboard and redecorating throughout. They also created a new utility room and associated plumbing and electrical work. They handled some major unexpected problems including cracked plaster hiding a very wobbly wall which needed to be demolished and rebuilt. Simon's carpentry skills were excellent, and he did a very good job of boxing in the pipes but making it look like the boxing was part of the original design of the house. The team were polite and friendly, and they also organised the other tradesmen needed for the work which was a great help. We're very pleased with the finished work!
Refurbit gave a competitive quote for a full refurbishment of a kitchen and dining area. It was an ambitious design in a quirky space requiring utilities relocated, floors relayed, walls moved and reconstructed. The result was a bespoke feel, with hand crafted elegant solutions all finished to a very high standard. Simon and Paul did an excellent job turning my son's playroom into a home cinema room. Simon's amazing eye for detail and superb carpentry skills really showed in the built-in shelving/ cabinets he made for the us. High quality interior decorating too. Paul's expertise in AV was very clear - great advice and knowledge, plus he helped us to find a really good deal on our home cinema, and set it up for us in a very simple, user friendly manner. They worked together very well as a team, were always on time, were pleasant to have around and highly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Simon did some bespoke shelving for our study, a new fitted wardrobe, boxed in some messy pipework in the kitchen and redecorated the whole house. He completed the work in a timely manner and the standard of finish was just want we wanted. I would fully recommend Simon and Refurbit to anyone.

I have used Refurb for carpentry work in the past and found them a great company - competitive on cost, friendly, professional quotes accurate, time keeping great and easy to work with.
