This isn’t a review of Lex Projects quality of building work, that is for the people they are working for, but I wanted to highlight their lack of thought and consideration to others in the adjoining properties and neighbourhood that they are operating. Lex Projects are working on my road and is frustrating myself and others by their actions namely the mess they are making. They are parking their numerous vehicles on the soft unprotected verges which in turn transfers mud onto the public highway which has safety implication's. To contrast, we have three other major building projects happening on the same road and those house owners and their builders have put down boards to protect the verges and public highway and on which to park their vehicles so they remain off the road. Image wise it also looks terrible First impressions still do count!
