Concept Infrastructure Limited

Bryan and his team did a great job from start to finish. They were professional and.reliable. Peter, Jamie and Lee were incredibly hardworking, and Lee's tiling was excellent—even by my standards, and I'm really fussy! Bryan and Kieran kept the whole project running smoothly, providing the technical expertise while making sure everything was completed to a high standard. Bryan also did an amazing job tiling our downstairs bathroom floor. Communication was good throughout, and any questions or changes were dealt with quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryan and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder. We're so pleased with the finished result and would happily use them again in the future and have even recommended to friends and family who are now planning on contracting Bryan and his team.

Very happy with the work Bryan and his team have done to demolish and rebuild a new garage plus front porch. Came in absolutely on budget, no surprises, and both Bryan and his team could not have been nicer to work with. Highly recommended.

Excellent work – highly recommended. We converted our garage into a single-storey extension with an open-plan kitchen/living area, an additional room, and a downstairs bathroom. After obtaining several quotes, we chose Concept Infrastructure Ltd. due to their competitive pricing and ideal timescale—and we’re extremely pleased that we did. Brian and his team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, skill, and attention to detail throughout the entire build. From digging the foundations through to the final finishing touches, everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. The team handled every aspect of the project, including brickwork, roofing, construction of the new room, relocating the boiler into the new kitchen, plumbing and heating installations, electrical work, installation of the new kitchen and bathroom fittings, lighting, and carefully skimming the walls and ceilings to achieve a high-quality finish. The result is a beautiful new living space that we are absolutely delighted with. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed to a very neat and professional standard. Brian and his team were always friendly, reliable, and highly professional. It was clear they had the expertise required in all areas of the project, and they made the entire process much easier and stress-free for us. They also built a garden room, which looks great and provides useful storage. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Concept and would have no hesitation in recommending Brian and his team to anyone considering a building project.

Do not go anywhere near this company. Utter shambles and waste of time. Contracted to do a job, Bryan came in and had a look, told us that he’ll order the materials but never did. Weeks passed by and nothing happened. All attempts to contact them proved futile as Bryan constantly ignored my calls till date. Wasted our time. We had to find someone else Steer we’ll clear of these time wasters!
